specially if you haven’t talked to Vick during the free for all and haven’t done the bartending during the free for all
If you talk to Vick during the free for all round while he’s in vip (which you can only access through the Vick bones and Elise route) you can ask him about the crimes of all of the cast members except for Cecilia who paid him to keep his mouth shut and you can’t ask her about it yet. This implies that her crime is something serious she dosent want people knowing.
if you also ask Vick about cobyns crime he will tell you he buried bodies in his gardern and if you ask cobyn he says its a creative way to garden aka giving him the title of creative gardener. This is also seen with many of the other contestants, deadly dreamboat, risky run away to name a few.
trust I’m getting to why this is important
Well I have some ideas as to what Cecilia’s crime is.
if you go to be a bartender and do the minigame correctly for Cecilia she reveals that she had a husband.

she also mentions that he was very old fashioned and had drinks often that she would make for him
in this same conversation she says that she knows her way around drinks and chemicals.
but notice how she says was. Overall in this conversation she refers to him in the past tense. This making me think he is dead making Cecilia a maiden/widow.
Well what if something happened to his drink? What if a certain chemical was mixed in and he didn’t notice? What if Cecilia killed her husband making her a heartless maiden.
But then why would she kill her husband?
I think that she must have married this man for some sort of financial gain or obligation due to her outfit being sort of reminiscent of the Victorian era where this was a common trend among women.
I’d also like to mention the drink she orders is called the drowned lady bird
I think that maybe her traditional husband forced her to be placed in this trad wife role she didn’t want to be in, causing her voices and opinions to be drowned out making her the drowned ladybird.
I think maybe one day she had enough and slipped a chemical into one of his afternoon drinks that went unnoticed and ended in his death
I’m not sure if this implies domestic abuse or not simply because it’s already a theory and I don’t want to be to wrong but it seems likely.
