“You’re cute for saying the word cute twice.” Lexi’s nose crinkled, her eyes twinkling with laughter. It was so easy to fall in Anthony’s charm. He barely even had to try, and perhaps that was the reason why they were soulmates. Everything was easy between them. A hand reached for his jaw, tenderly caressing it. “You make me really happy, Anthony.”

The male blushed since the princess pointed out his mistake of using the same word twice. She found it cute but for him, it was extremely embarrassing. But the embarrassment soon faded away as the princess stated that he makes her happy, his face slowly breaking into a smile. “I - I do?”

Though the thumping of Anthony’s heart was rapid, Lexi found the beat relaxing and swore she could just lay there for hours. “You think it’s cute if I fell asleep in your arms?” She questioned him, her head tilting a little to meet his gaze. “You’re adorable.” She cooed at her soulmate.

Her question made the male chuckle with his lips pressed. He imagined again the princess falling asleep again, he bet she’d still look like a goddess even when she was sleeping with mouth open and drool coming out of it. “It’s cute. Only because you’re very cute.” He replied, smile taking over his face’s features. “You are too.”

Lexi beamed, her eyes twinkling with happiness for her soulmate. She rest her head back on his chest and for the next few minutes, she listen in on his heart beat. “I could fall asleep in your arms.” She admitted, knowing full well that it was the absolute truth.

Anthony was happy that the princess looked happy - genuinely, even. It was his goal for today and he had already achieved it real quick but his job doesn’t stop there yet. He placed his arms around the petite princess as she snuggled on his chest, hoping she didn’t notice how fast his heart was beating. “That would be cute.” He commented, a little chuckle escaping his lips.

Lexi’s heart pumped rapidly behind her rib cage, her hands caressing her soulmate’s cheeks while their lips and tongues met, dancing together rhythmically. She didn’t want to pull away, but lack of oxygen force that upon them. “You’re perfect…” She whispered, her lips inches away from his.

He placed his forehead on hers as soon as she broke away their kiss. He smiled as the other whispered something to him and replied back with another whisper, “You are too.” The male kissed her nose then smiled again at her.

Lexi’s eyelids fluttered shut, a warm smile spreading across her lips as her soulmate pressed a kiss on her forehead and knuckles. Her chin lifted, eyes gazing into his beautiful blues, and after a short time, she leaned in to press a soft kiss against his. Kissing Anthony felt like the first time every time, and she’d learned that she was becoming addicted to his kisses.

When she lifted her head, he turned to stare at the girl, a huge smile on his face as both their eyes met - happiness evident from the both of them. He was surprised the princess kissed him but he didn’t complain about it. His face probably burned from blushing but he places his hands on her cheeks and deepened the kiss.

Lexi snuggled a little closer to her soulmate, her hand that was intertwined with Anthony’s slowly moved, resting on her chest. She placed gentle kisses along his knuckles, happiness encompassing her very being. The young Princess never thought that she could be this happy. “Uh huh…” Her approval came in a form of a hum.

Anthony didn’t want to break the precious silence that they both had, he appreciated it even more. Actions were far more better to him than words. He smiled as she started to kiss his knuckles, feeling the butterflies become abundant in his tummy. The male kissed her forehead as she let out her approval, kissing her knuckles after.

“Yes, I’m more than okay.” Lexi returned, smiling at her soulmate. Her fingers were laced with Anthony’s, making her skin tingle from the contact. “This is nice…” She told him with her head resting on his shoulder. “If I forget to tell you later, I really had a nice time, and this is the best date a girl could ever ask for.”

“Great.” He let out as the female told him she was okay. She didn’t want to feel uncomfortable now that they were out from the castle - he was the only one who can protect her now and the prospect of that made him scared. He didn’t want to fail her. “Yeah?” He asked, scooting closer to her and adjusting his shoulders so she could lie down comfortably. “That’s nice.” The male commented, butterflies forming in his stomach at her comment.
