alright, lets break this down
"i have my own personal reasons"
and would you say those reasons are because you "imagine myself as uni" as if her identity has anything to do with you, a random person on the internet who doesnt know kc at all? you say this clearly in your replies. nobody calling a character (someones oc no less!) a girl has anything to do with you
"i imagine him as a normal cis gay guy"
a "normal" cis gay guy, huh? as opposed to what, an abnormal trans woman? and, that being said, why is transmasc uni perfectly fine to you, but transfem isnt? could this again be a personal bias of seeing yourself in a character that you have no control over? this sounds like a personal problem, not one with uni
"its just annoying how hes basically not even an honest representation of a trans girl if its just for a ship/T4T pairing, literally only kittycorn milking her trans audience making them going crazy for them"
ahh yes, kittycorn, known transgender person, is using fens transgender character to "milk" her transgender audience. do you hear yourself right now? honestly and truly?
you proudly say that its not transphobic to be upset with certain trans rep. and youre right! its not! it is however, when you insist that a character that you do not own is cis when she is canonically transfem. you dont have to like the way its portrayed or the way its done, but to continually misgender her in your entire post (you didnt use a single pronoun other than he/him for her, which while they still use currently in the comic, is not the pronoun anyone calls her outside of the comic) is in fact, transphobic. who wouldve thunk!
"kneeby LOWKEEYY gaybaited really hard... (replacing a gay mlm ship) ...with a mid lesbian ship that barely has any grounds to it!!!"
yes, yes. because characters cannot ever change and learn things about themselves and change their identities. of course not. not to mention, you do realize that lesbians are also gay, right? like you do realize that, dont you?
"it really just sprouts from my personal connection to him i dont mind him as a girl itd just be like calling myself a girl"
then? dont call yourself a girl??? i need you to really and truly look within yourself and tell the class why you find this important to the character, the story, or anyone besides yourself. there is nothing wrong with seeing yourself in uni, but you dont get to decide her identity is something other than her canon transfem one just because you dont want to be called a girl, which again, has nothing to do with uni
"i just really really like his old character a lot and like to hold onto that.. love my cartoon people"
and this is my last point: you love your cartoon people? make your own. nothing stops you from making your own ocs to project onto. nothing stops you from making whatever oc you have cis gay or transmasc or anything! but uni is not yours, you are erasing a characters canon transfem identity, and you are in the wrong here. you tagged this as sparkle criticism, did you not? well, here is my criticism of you: stop trying to make this about you, start making some of your own characters, and if you dislike whats happening with uni so much, stop reading the comic. nobody is keeping you here. you can leave at any time you wish. so maybe you should consider that
