i think i’ve discussed this before lol but i have a few one shots in the works. a hot shot surgeon/bachelor hannibal x fbi special investigator/professor will which is more of a meet-cute thing. one where they meet in a bar and hannibal makes him court him. a sort of crack fic one about wills taking him to a “fancy restaurant”. a possible regency era fic but that might end up being four chapters. another where hannibal decides the best way to get will is to date someone else. and i have a 17 chapter fic which will be posted in september, but that one will be more kink based so i doubt it’ll be everyone’s cup of tea.

i also have eight or nine post fall one shots ranging from fluffy to angst in the works, a s1 already married fic, a western au, and a post fall multi-chapter fic which is around 25 chapters. so there’s a good bit to come in all regards haha.

How long is Hannibal’s hair in False Ribs? I ask because ch 17 mentions his hair being “braided out of his face”. Has he always had longer hair in this fic or did he grow it out between ch 16 and 17?

it’s always been longer than what it is in the show, something like the pictures below at the beginning of the fic but it’s a bit longer in ch 17. he’ll have to cut it down for med school </3

just read the newest chapter to false ribs and I just have to say that the entire Hannigram writing community is amazing, but you continue to solidify yourself as my all-time favorite writer of them! there's just something that's so aching and beautiful in your writing of them and you've made me addicted to older!Will + younger!Hannibal! thank you for all of the hard work you put into your fics, they're some of the only ones I ever reread!

Question: In the latest chapter of RDH Will asks if Hannibal “likes” having sex with him and asks him to talk during it. This means Will didn’t think Hannibal liked having sex with him on their “Wedding Night”, right? So he was unaware Hannibal is queer? Is he still unaware?

yeah so since hannibal was following the rules the first time they had sex as a way of gauging how much of them will personally assigned (being quiet and easy and not voicing his desires or coming across of “dominate”) will came to the conclusion hannibal was heterosexual. but even now, knowing that he’s queer, he still understands that anyone he would be married to would have to “perform” because they need to keep him happy. especially hannibal since their marriage is so controversial and it would be easy for will to cast him aside, so he’ll never really know how deep hannibal’s love really runs due to this, and will always look for confirmation/reassurance that hannibal 1. enjoys having sex with him (he knows hannibal is a good liar and could easily pretend to like it) and 2. that hannibal actually loves him
