Was it too late to add Sasaki to their list of banned customers? The owner probably wouldn’t like that, given he was a regular. But Hirano could come up with a reason why.

I’ve suffered psychological damage from his visits. High blood pressure. Massive headaches. Boss, he’s gonna kill me.
