every damn time i see how people leaving their negative opinions about george in internet i want to ask wdym kimi is better than him just because he has more points/he's faster/etc😭. kimi makes mistakes (track borders are his beloved ones), wrong decisions (f.e just remember how he tried to overtake george in barcelona and ended up dnf) and in overall he still has a long, long path ahead to improve his skills. his point score isn't proof that kimi is better than george or anyone.

i genuinely believe that people who root for kimi because he can make something cool and turn race into show aren't far away from ppl who see f1 in "wow just cars riding fast" way. why should drivers somehow entertain you?? are you a kid?? why drivers who you consider as "boring" become less worthy??

imo but whole thing isn't about kimi or george. it's about kind of ppl who don't understand fundamental idea behind any sport. sport is about entertainment for sure, and it offers you a lot to look into. but if you have attention span of 6 yo, of course you won't understand why people like to watch f1 or any race at all. you will always see this as "22 rich guys are making rounds on different cars".
