How do you push your prolapse out so far

Lot of practice. I fist myself probably every other day.

But what probably tipped it over the edge was really stretching my hole, not only width wise but depth wise. I used butternut squashes ever increasing in size as was the perfect shape. This caused me to have a minor prolapse.

Once this was regular, I bought a cock pump to really increase the size of the prolapse. I shove the pump as far inside me as it will go and then pump as hard as I can. This seems to have loosened the tissue deeper inside which is why my prolapse is a lot bigger now :)

Yes—I love my big, stretched hole, and so do tops. Not just for fisting, but also for fucking, contrary to what many would believe… and it keeps getting better.
