I’m might try a 168 hour fast
Ended my fast at 46 hours
24 hours into my fast and if I would’ve binged an hour ago I wouldn’t have made it <333
I’m so happy with myself right now
I need up eating at 20 hours into my fast with 700 kcal, because of my mom
But for the next three days I will be ok to fast so now it’s just a battle with my mind 👍
I’m either gonna be fasting for 3 days or 18 hours and eating one meal tomorrow
187 days to lose 19kg
That’s 1.4kg a week
That’s not even that hard I got this
I binged on cookies today :(
I was doing good in the morning and planning to fast for the rest of the day but then I got cookies and binged.
I used to eat 3 packets of oatmeal for breakfast
Now even one pack looks like to much
Seeing everyone else live their lives with their friends
While I’m at home crying about a singular oreo I ate
I think my mom found out I’m cutting again. I think she found the blade I was using, I can find it and I think I left it in the open
Idk though because she hasn’t said anything to me and she hasn’t been acting weird or anything
Idk what to do if she did, I’m so anxious
I’m so bad at this
I keep binging so I’m gonna start posting every binge or daily intake or something idk
If anyone has any tips please share 🙏
