#prayforparis please never forget this
we didn’t argue. we didn’t fight. we just stopped. we became two different people.

I’m okay, my dear. I’m okay. I promise you I’ll be fine tomorrow, I just need time alone. I’m dancing on the brink of exhaustion and soon I won’t be able to dance anymore. I’ll be okay in a day, maybe two, maybe three. I can forgive myself, I can forget what he keeps saying. I need to stop writing love letters to him and start writing love letters for myself, I deserve it. I deserve love, real love. My eyes grow weary, my breath grows shaky. Don’t do this again. I’m okay, my dear. I’m okay.

New information about the terrorist situation in Paris
As it has said on the news, all the people who were being held hostage in the concert hall are now confirmed dead. 100 people have been executed by the terrorists within the concert hall and there are no survivors as of this moment.
This is truly a day that will affect the world forever. May God watch over the souls of those people who died and those who are affected directly.

Repose en paix…
I’m not standing in a battlefield. So I let you leave. I don’t ask you to stay. I don’t waste my time on hopeful antics. Instead, I thank you for what you have given me. This typewriter. That book. This dresser. That toothbrush. This bike. That love. This lesson. I let you take what is yours. It starts with the physical things. Your clothes. Your books. Your collection of movies. Then, you pack up what really takes up the most space. Your selfishness. All the ways in which you are stubborn. Your regret. The doubt sitting near the windowsill. It appears wilted now, as to say that you’re not sure that this is what moving on looks like. But still, you do it anyways. And I let you leave. I don’t stand in a battlefield. I tell myself that it wasn’t meant to be anyways. I tell myself that there is so much room left now. And so I grow. I grow in your absence and if there is anything I learn, it is this: That I should never make myself smaller. That there is someone out there who craves the kind of love I have to offer. That it’s okay if it wasn’t you.
