hi I’m cc and this is a little poetry space for you and me. I opened this space which allows for people to express themselves through poetry that they may feel safer and more comfortable. I’ve been feeling that there are very little spaces on the internet where people can validate their feelings through poetry, so I made this. I know there are many spaces like Tumblr where you can upload what you want and remain anonymous under an account name, however I just wanted to create something where we could all interact and comment in just this little part of the internet.
I am not someone who writes elaborate poetries with eloquence of speech. I just simply write words that I know and write what I feel. I created this page because I sometimes feel like my feelings are invalidated so I usually don’t express them, however, through poetry, everything becomes lighter when I write down my hope and dreams, my pains and my losses. I hope you can feel safe in this space I’ve created and feel like you’re no longer alone. I hope you can feel comfortable here and just take a pause from the world out there.
My account was made for people who want to express themselves through poetry, but never felt safe in doing so. You may send in your entries of your poetry and I will be placing them in a pub and posting it on this account. You may send your entries through email, dm or Tumblr asks.
