Thoughts: I like the idea that Wally is in love with Julie and has known for the longest of time. It just never occurred to him to say it out loud as they are quite close. Julie on the other hand, while she also has feelings for him, is extremely oblivious to this. It takes Frank and Barnaby to spell it out for her. And when she finally gets it- is terribly embarrassed.

Thoughts: Julie goes heavy on kisses and while Wally may not always kiss back he's always happy to recieve them. When he does Julie gets excited as well as very flustered.

I also think Wally likes giving hand kisses. He saw someone do it once and thought he'd do that to Julie and he hasn't stopped since. When they hold hands he'll lift them softly press Julie's against his lips while making a 'mwa' sound.
