105C: what do you mean "new" timeline?

34: Ok so in the fourth movie they travel back in time to save the starfish right? And when they get back to their original time there was no butterfly effect so they didn't change the future by going back in time to 1986. But in the reboots Sprongle went back in time to stop Caligula which changed the timeline. So that means that the time travel technology the he used in the reboots has to be different from the technology they use in the original movies.

105C: Dude that's so wrong. That doesn't mean they used different technology or that it's a new timeline it's just the same timeline but different.

Residuum Progress Update

I have emerged from my silksong cocoon! (mostly unwillingly, due to the current patch version breaking my games' movement. anyway-) So, what happening with Residuum?

Honestly? Mostly art-block, with a sprinkling of adult responsibilities. I might just be tired, but idk. might also be burnout. despite that i did end up sketching quite a lot of panel edits for clarification.

Outside the artblock situation, we've been writing a lot! Scripted about half of arc II at this point, and been shuffling scenes around. Did some character work and edited an oc's future introduction.

We also decided to go back and insert some scenes I removed due to fear of commitment. (listen. i panicked when i realised how long residuum was going to be and did a dumb. whoops) Which will end up adding about 7-9 pages to the prologue (arc I). but those won't be available to look at until i finish the next update so
