I’m not diagnosed with DID but I was told by multiple mental health professionals to continue with treatment as though I am, my therapist has implied she agrees with the possible DID diagnosis but isn’t qualified to diagnose through my clinic. She encouraged me to get a second opinion on the matter as neither of us feel that the specific problem symptoms were addressed in my evaluation.

I actually don't care if you think "the future is plural" is meant to support future pwDID. It's still a dumbass statement. The focus should not be future acceptance but present acceptance and a future against traumatizing your children so badly they develop an incurable mental disorder.

Hello all! We got to go to the market today and it was absolutely amazing! Our father got us an Ebike (we are physically disabled and have epilepsy so this is the only way we can safely get around on our own) so we tested the limits today and made it 7ish miles without needing to charge it! This is very exciting because that means we can get to work without needing to charge it! We will still need to find a way to bring my chair along but we may just DIY a little trailer for it. - Cordelia

im coming to terms with the fact that i was tortured as a child. this is something ive technically known for awhile but have actively fought until i couldnt any more. its hard to say you were tortured when it was people you love and care about that did it.

our littles feel so abandoned by our old friend. now i wanna preface, this is in part on us. we had only just learned about our DID atp and we didnt realize how careful we had to be with the littles. thats on us (abi feels so bad)

but when we first told her, she offered to be a caregiver/big sister figure to the littles, and they jumped on that idea. we’d known her for years and loved her so it made sense. except a year later, she met a man and fell off the face of the earth, so to speak. the littles just feel so abandoned because of it. it makes me so sad. i dont know how to fix it but i feel their pain when i see her face. - jordan

i am so freaking tired. im working 6 days this week and i hurt myself today :( also sable was out at work which was weird because she almost tore into a customer for being mean but i ended up out thankfully. i think i need to find a way to teach her work manners but its hard bc i cant communicate with her outside of notes :/

ive been at work all day. i went in earlier than i was scheduled bc they said i could and I Want Money, and then they asked me to clock in an extra 30mins early (mind you thats 2 1/2 hours before i was scheduled) bc my coworker had a family emergency. im so freaking tired and overwhelmed! but they let me leave 30 mins early with no issues because of it!!

i love being so good at my job but damn, im working 6 days in a row this week bc i did them a favor and came in on my day off too

switched more than usual today but it was mostly me (sable) bc if yesterday.
