The worst part about liking a book must be the inability to make edits from scenes of that book. They should be legally obligated to make movies/shows of every series I request just so I can have my edits

The revelation that Magpie is Nova’s sister puts the bracelet scene in such a funny context. You get arrested for five minutes and your baby sister steals your shit. You have to track her down and physically wrestle it from her pocket.

Same with the Magpie/Max tease. They may have complicated relationships with morality, but apparently the Artino girls can’t help but fall for heroic Everhart boys.

one of my hopes for the sequel series is that we are introduced to at least one of the kids that was also at the children's home. As much as I discuss Magpie's backstory, I hope theres some lore there to uncover about whatever relationships she had there that are important to her character.

I'm really bad at making fandom ocs so I haven't explored that yet, but I'd be so interested in hearing more about other kids experiences at the prodigy "dumping ground"

I definitely thing we’re going to get a new cast of characters similar to how Nova/Adrian gets Oscar/Ruby/Danna. Hopefully, we get more lore on the prodigy home and what actually happens to those kids as they age.

The concept of two protagonists of a trilogy with dual pov, both have little siblings around the same age. And those siblings getting a new book, with dual pov too.

An adaptation of Renegades will most likely never happen (whether it be movie/show/animated whatever) but I have this very specific vision of the end credits to the first movie/season (as in the events of the first book) would occur after panning up on Ace, once he is revealed as alive, to show different stained glass art of the events of the prologue and first book.
