A. Baking pumpkin pie with Leona

🍂 You caught a nasty cold that was spreading among the NRC student body on campus as the season changed from a warm summer to a chilly fall.

🍂 You didn’t want Leona to catch your cold, so you told him you wouldn’t see him or any of your friends until you got better.

🍂 You also sent Grim to stay at Heartslabyul for a few days so that Grim wouldn’t catch your cold either.

🍂 However, you were bummed because you wanted to bake pumpkin pie with Leona at Ramshackle. You were looking forward to baking pumpkin pie with Leona once the fall season started.

🍂 The Ramshackle Ghosts took care of you, making sure you drank plenty of water and took the required medicines. All three of the ghosts cooked a large pot of hearty noodle soup for you as well.

🍂 Leona missed you terribly, making him more visibly grumpy at Savanaclaw.

🍂 Leona had his phone next to him at all times, and would snatch his phone every time he got a notification only to say “Tch” when it was just an app notification. He didn’t want to call you a lot throughout the day either because he knew that you needed rest.

🍂 Ruggie was always shocked to find that Leona would be gone from Savanaclaw in the mornings. Leona would go to Ramshackle every morning before you woke up to give the Ramshackle ghosts some medicine that Leona asked his royal family’s physician to send him (even though you only had a cold), porridge from Mr. S’s Mystery Shop, or one of his thick, brown-and-gold patterned blankets.

🍂 In his packages to you, Leona would also include little notes he wrote in neat cursive.

🍂 Such messages would read: “Hope ya like the porridge and snacks I got you. I miss you.” The written messages got longer and more detailed as the days passed: “Today, Cheka came to visit me. He was sad that he couldn’t see you, so we picked some flowers for you from the Botanical Garden. I also left you a drawing that Cheka made for you. Love you.”

🍂 Your smile widened when you rummaged through the bag Leona gave the ghosts today, taking out a drawing of stick figures of you, Cheka, and Leona with “Get well soon!” written in messy crayon handwriting in your favorite color (the cub had asked his “Oji-tan” Leona to spell “Get well soon” for him).

🍂 You then took out the carefully wrapped bouquet of yellow-orange chrysanthemums, lavender asters, and rosy dahlias. Your sense of smell was returning, and the fragrant scents of the flowers wafted up your nose.

🍂 You missed hearing Leona’s voice, so you grabbed your phone on your bedside table and video-called Leona.

🍂 Leona picked up on the first ring and laid back against his bed’s polished oak headboard. The familiar sight of Leona with his dashing smirk and emerald gems for eyes (which sparkled at the sight of you) made you feel a lot better.

🍂 “You got me flowers?” You hugged the bouquet to your chest with one hand while your other hand angled your phone so that Leona could see you with the flowers.

🍂 “Yeah,” Leona couldn’t stop the smile growing on his face at seeing your face. Before he could ask you how you were feeling, Cheka’s fluffy light-brown lion ears popped up on Leona’s phone screen.

🍂 “Y/N! I miss you!” Cheka pressed his button nose against Leona’s phone screen. Leona gently pulled the cub away from the screen, and Cheka laid his head against Leona’s shoulder.

🍂 “I miss you too, Cheka! Thank you for the drawing and flowers, I love them,” you beamed, showing Cheka the flowers.

🍂 “Hey, I picked most of the flowers,” Leona grumbled, turning to his side to face away from Cheka to have some alone time on video call with you.

🍂 The cub pounced on Leona’s side to see you, his tiny arms resting on Leona’s muscled arm.

🍂 “Y/N, Y/N! I wanted to eat the bugs on the flowers, but Oji-tan took them off and told me they’re not tasty and safe. Have you eaten bugs before?”

🍂 You chuckled, wishing you had seen Cheka trying to eat bugs and Leona stopping him.

🍂 “I have not, but I agree with your uncle that they’re probably not tasty or safe. You wouldn’t want to get a tummy ache, right, Cheka?”

🍂 Cheka tapped a finger to his chin, contemplating for a bit before answering your question. “Yeah, I don’t want a tummy ache!” Leona turned to look at his nephew, wondering who told Cheka that bugs were tasty and safe to eat.

🍂 After chatting a bit with Cheka and Leona, you grew tired and needed to rest once more. Cheka gave you a goodbye kiss through Leona’s phone, telling Leona to do the same. “Oji-tan, you have to give Y/N a kiss! Mama and Papa told me that kisses make everything better!”

🍂 “...Alright, alright.” Leona brought the phone screen to his face, making a quick and slight kissy face at you. “Mwah.”

🍂 Cheka giggled at his “Oji-tan”’s funny expression. Leona quickly ended the call before you could screenshot Leona’s attempt at a kissy face.

🍂 On the day you pretty much recovered from your cold, you called Leona. He was at your dorm in five minutes with a large brown paper bag in his hands. His lion tail wagged behind him as you opened the door.

🍂 Leona stepped into the foyer of Ramshackle, heading straight to your kitchen without giving you a hug or a kiss.

🍂 “What’s in the bag?” you followed him, peering at the bag in Leona’s arms.

🍂 “Ingredients for pumpkin pie. You wanted to bake a pumpkin pie together when fall started, right?” Leona already made his way into the tiny Ramshackle kitchen. “Now we can.”

🍂 After setting down the bag on the kitchen table, Leona turned around and enveloped you in a hug. His arms wrapped around your waist while your arms naturally found their way around his broad shoulders.

🍂 “I missed you,” Leona mumbled into your hair before pressing kisses onto your cheek.

🍂 “I missed you too,” you cupped his cheeks in your hands, causing Leona to nuzzle his right cheek against your left palm. “I loved everything you brought for me these past few days, especially your notes and the bouquet. I hated not being able to talk to you or see you in person. It’s better with you here.”

🍂 “Of course it is,” Leona teased, grinning as the two of you laid out the ingredients to make the pumpkin pie.

🍂 Baking with Leona turned out to be a really efficient process since he treated it like a science experiment, making sure that all the measurements for the sugar, pumpkin purée, and such were accurate.

🍂 Still, Leona had one arm around your waist the whole time, clinging to you more than the bits of stray pumpkin purée on your’s and his faces. It was funny seeing an electric mixer get the best of Leona, who didn’t know how to use it at first and accidentally turned it up way to high when trying to mix the pumpkin purée mixture for the pie.

🍂 You couldn’t contain your giggles when Leona sneezed at the strong scents of pumpkin spice and cinnamon. He kept saying that he didn’t understand the “herbivore hype of pumpkin spice.”

🍂 Soon, a perfectly-baked pumpkin pie filled Ramshackle with the comforting scents of pumpkin and cinnamon. The pie sat on the kitchen table to cool next to a vase of still-fresh flowers, the ones that Leona gave you just days ago.

🍂 The kitchen also filled with your and Leona’s laughter as the two of you tried to wipe off bits of pumpkin purée from earlier off of each other’s faces.

Little notes:

🍓 Flowers I chose were chrysanthemums, asters, and dahlias. According to Google, these are all fall season flowers and here’s what they each symbolize:

🍓 Chrysanthemums: well-being (Leona wishing for your well-being and speedy recovery from your cold)

🍓 Asters: love (because Leona loves you hehe)

🍓 Dahlias: commitment (How Leona would drop off notes and packages everyday for you early in the mornings)

🍓 Also, Cheka thinking that bugs could be tasty are a reference to The Lion King (1994) when Simba was taught to eat bugs from Pumbaa and Timon :)

Clearing his throat, he says, “Ah, yes, since I am free tomorrow, and your activities don't need me out of bed, feel free to come to my room so that we can lie in bed and watch movies. You can choose a movie of your liking.”

With a smirk, he inches closer to you, “How would you like to be pampered, herbivore? Surely, being in my arms is enough of a treat for you?”

Once you leave with your answer, his expression sours as a shiver runs down his spine.

Deuce loves your personality, not being swayed by how you initially act, considering he's like that as well. When you help him with homework, Deuce almost immediately has a crush, and soon enough a romance has formed.

If you drag him to a dance floor, Deuce doesn't know what to do with himself, awkwardly moving about and hoping you'll guide him. My Best Reward

Ahora mismo te encontrabas en el gimnasio de Night Raven, estaba a unos minutos de empezar el partido de basket, donde jugaban unos contra otros en un partido amistoso. Tomaste asiento en una de las yardas, que estaban un poco más llenas debido al acontecimiento de hoy. Sin embargo, tú no estabas en el lugar para observar la competencia, si no, para observar a aquel chico de tez morena, con el cual tenías un crush. Esperabas que el partido fuera de lo mejor, dando tus ánimos hacia el equipo en donde se encontraba Jamil, y a este mismo también.

El sonido de un silbato dió inicio al partido, y por ende, al primer set que jugarían entre estos. Todo mundo se encontraba eufórico, gritando y apoyando a los equipos después del primer punto que encestaron. Y claro, tú no decidiste quedarte atrás, y con una chispa de emoción gritaste, apoyando a los chicos en su partido.

Aquel juego continuó de lo más emocionante, varios puntos del equipo donde se encontraban Ace y Jamil, y una que otra falta por parte de Floyd y sus cambios de humor repentinos. Durante los sucesos, no dejaste de dar aliento a tu crush, inclusive, varios de los fanáticos del equipo y unos cuantos integrantes de Scarabia se habían unido a tus ánimos alegres.

Aquellas porras que tanto dabas, se silenciaron a la llegada del cuarto y último set, donde se encontraban empatados a 11-11 y el suspenso te carcomía, esperando que Jamil lograra anotar el punto definitivo, pues él llevaba el balón y no quedaba mucho tiempo antes de que acabase el partido. Los segundos que pasaban parecían horas y la tensión que se sentía, podía ser cortada con un cuchillo, hasta que aquel balón naranja atravesó la red, dando el punto final que necesitaba el equipo de Jamil.

El silbato sonó, dando fin al partido e inmediatamente las felicitaciones y aplausos se escucharon en el aire, tanto como del equipo mismo, como del público. Felicitabas a Jamil con emoción, incluso aún cuando se comenzaba a vaciar el gimnasio. Orgullosa, bajaste de las yardas y te dirigiste hacia el equipo ganador, y los felicitaste generalmente para luego acercarte al chico de orbes grises.

—Felicidades Jamil, es punto que anotaste fue genial— Mencionaste con un toque de admiración

—¿En serio crees eso? Yo pienso que fue un punto regular, pero muchas gracias por tu apoyo durante el partido, subió mis ánimos— Dijo con una pequeña sonrisa la cual te dedicó

Escuchaste murmurar por lo bajo a Jamil, a pesar de que no comprendiste muy bien lo que decía, así que decidiste preguntarle

—Me gustas— Soltó de repente —Y lo digo enserio, pensé que este sería un buen momento para decirlo— Estableció, mirando tu rostro, en busca de alguna señal positiva.

🦁 Leona just came back from the botanical garden and he couldn’t wait to cuddle up with you in his room and going to sleep, he walked towards his room as he yawned and dismissed all the other students passing by him, all he had in his mind was you and sleep.

🦁 He entered his room and, as he expected, there you were laying on his comfy bed with your back facing him. He walked his way towards you and laid beside you, as he was about to wrap his arms around you as the big spoon, you moved away from him. 

🦁 He was confused, but he went closer and tried to plant a kiss on your cheek and cuddling up with you. You sat up to avoid any signs of affection coming from him, he did not like it. 

🦁 “Oi, what’s up?” asked Leona as he sat up and tried to snake his arms around your waist, but of course, you didn’t let him. “Did I do something wrong?” Leona kept asking questions as he looked at you with your arms crossed, you wouldn’t even dare to look at him as you felt like you will end up laughing once you see his face.

🦁 “Herbivore,” called Leona. You still did not look at him and your arms stayed crossed, you were looking at the view right outside of his room to try to distract yourself. “Oh, you think you can just ignore me like that, huh.” You got scared for a second, but you tried to act unfazed. 

🦁 Suddenly, Leona pounced on you from behind and pinned you down on the floor. You shrieked from the sudden attack and looked at him with wide eyes, he was right on top of you, pinning you down on the floor as he gave you a satisfied look after earning your attention. 

🦁 “Now, what do you think you’re doing?” You stayed silent as you eyed him with a somewhat pissed look, you faced away and told him to let you go, but he wouldn’t budge as he wanted answers from you. “Are you mad?” asked Leona, you shook your head and that made him even more confused, why were you ignoring him then?

🦁 He picked you up and placed you back on the bed, he laid beside you and wrapped his arms around your waist as you tried to move away from him. “You ain’t going anywhere,” said Leona as he laid on top of you and showered you with kisses on your face and neck. 

🦁 You were letting out a few giggles as you kept telling him to let go, but he continued peppering you with sweet kisses and occasional bites around your collarbone. “If you ignore me again,” said Leona, “I will leave more bite marks on your body.” 

🦁 “Is that a threat?” you asked, he didn’t answer and just suddenly kissed you, you weren’t complaining though.

🐬 “What a busy day,” said Jade as he sat beside you while you did your assignment for Master Crewel’s class. He looked at you as you answered the last question and placed your pen down, you looked up at him as he stared back at you and smiled at you.

🐬 He leaned in for a kiss and you thought, “this is my chance.” You avoided his contact and moved away, he suddenly went shocked and tried to hold you, but of course, you didn’t allow him. “Oya, are you mad?” asked Jade, you just stared at him and went back to check your assignment, just to make sure you didn’t miss any question.

🐬 “Darling?” You gave him a hum as you continued reviewing your assignment, Jade tried to wrap his arms around your waist but you stopped him with a hand sign and continued on your work, you weren’t looking at him but you can tell he was a bit sad.

🐬 “I can see that you’re busy,” sighed Jade as he stood up, “I’ll give you time to yourself.” You were slightly taken aback as you thought to yourself, “wait, this is not what is supposed to happen.” You looked up at him and grabbed his wrist, “no, wait, stay.” Of course, you didn’t realize Jade was slightly smirking after you grabbed his wrist, he looked at you with the most concerned face he could muster, “are you sure I’m not disturbing you?” 

🐬 You shook your head as you packed your notebooks and pen, he sat beside you and suddenly hugged you as you tried to pull away from his slight-deathly grip, “good, because I’m not planning on letting you go once I have you in my arms.”

🐺 Jack Howl 🐺

🐺 “Y/N?” called Jack as he looked around your room, he passed by to give you a visit and spend some time after a busy week. He saw you laying down on your bed, you were facing his way but you weren’t looking at him. He walked towards you and sat beside you, you were busy scrolling away on your Magicam while Grim laid asleep beside you. 

🐺 “Y/N,” called Jack once again, you ignored him and this made the wolf boy confused, you surely heard him so why weren’t you responding? Jack tried to cuddle up with you, but you were slightly pushing him away, it sort-of pains you to do so, but you wanted to see what’ll happen if you neglect any type of affection from him.

🐺 You noticed his ears and tail hung low as he stood up, he walked away from you and before you could call out his name, he already left. “This is bad,” you told yourself as you stood up to run after him.

🐺 Once you left your room, you looked around and noticed he already left. You ran out of your dormitory and looked around, but there wasn’t any sign of him, that was a bit too quick for him to arrive at his dormitory, was he that sad? 

🐺 “Jack?!” you called out as you looked around, it was already getting dark and you were starting to get terrified. “Jack?!” you called out once again as you walked and looked around, he wasn’t anywhere to be found. You wanted to get back to the dorm, where it is safe and sound, but you wanted to go and apologize to Jack for you weren’t expecting him to get so sad. 

🐺 “Y/N? Stay inside,” said Jack from behind. You turned around, he was right there in front of your dorm with his hands behind him. You let out a sigh of relief and ran towards him, you felt safer as you hugged him, but his hands stayed behind him. 

🐺 “Jack?” He finally moved his hands and presented a box of (favorite treat) to you, he avoided your gaze as he held his hand out and handed the box of treats. You grabbed it with a smile; you weren’t expecting him to go to Sam’s shop to buy you this. “What is this for?” you asked, “I thought you were mad at me because you didn’t want me to give you a hug or a kiss,” said Jack as he looked at you, “so I decided to buy some treats for you so you won’t get mad at me, don’t get the wrong idea.”

🐺 You swore you felt like tearing up; he’s so adorable; this man could be the death of you. Tears welled up in your eyes as Jack panicked, “did I say something wrong?!” You shook your head as you gave him a tight hug and thanked him. 

🐺 “Thank you so much, Jack,” you said, “I love you.” Jack stood there, frozen upon hearing those three words, but he hugged you back and cleared his throat as he tried to hide his blushing face, but you already saw it and just giggled.

Leona Kingscholar :

• You felt a sudden burst of inspiration about the idea of getting matching tattoos after seeing the lion tattoo on Leona’s arm! When you had came to ask him, he had no objections. Well, Leona usually goes along with whatever you want to do, and this wasn’t bad at all. In fact, he seemed kinda happy you asked about it! Following the fact that he’d go along with whatever you pleased, he let you be the one to choose what to get tattooed on (as long as it wasn’t anything too obscure or flashy).

• The process of having the tattoo done was pretty drab to Leona, but having seen you gush at the end results and how nice they looked made it pretty worth while. Of course, amongst the sweet moments, there was a bunch of smugness.. as there always is with Leona. There were some quite teasing remarks, a few bordering on suggestive, but to end it off— Leona had a good time and is glad you seemingly did too.

Jade Leech :

• He thought your suggestion was odd! You wished to get a marking on your skin with him, and a permanent one no less? My, oh my; he’s happy to do it. While he found it curious, he also found it a pretty romantic thing! This can be considered a fairly big sign of commitment, couldn’t it? His heart feels quite warm at the thought. To add to it, this would be an interesting experience too! He’s never once planned on doing any tattooing of sorts, but it’s most likely something he’s wondered about!

• You two decided to getting an ocean animal themed tattoo.. eel, of course! It looked gorgeous, and to be totally honest, adorable too! Without even knowing it, Jade found himself staring at that tattoo in such a way throughout the entire day after having it done— which wound him up in some trouble at the workplace for not being fully focused. He’ll need to fix up, but it’s a bit more difficult than he thought!

Ace Trappola :

• Immediately, he agreed! “A tattoo? Where’d that idea come from— well, it doesn’t really matter, right? Let’s do it!” He was pretty excited for this! He had always found tattoos so cool, and getting a matching one with you sounded great! Don’t tell him that he responded too quickly, you were the one who requested getting one with him, so you should be happy that he’s so pumped about the idea!

• He was so adamant on choosing something that looked all badass, you absolutely couldn’t say no to his dumb excitement. After getting it, he took it upon himself to drag you all over the school and blatantly show it off to people, which was pretty troublesome of him to do out of nowhere.. but sweet at the same time. This is something he won’t ever NOT be all gushy about, so needless to say; no regrets.

Idia Shroud :

• “Wait, wait— a permanent one? T-that’s pretty serious, you’d have to get it off with a laser for a bunch of madol, so if you change your mind..” Initially, he found the idea to be worrying. What if you sooner or later decide you don’t wanna be with him anymore and you’re stuck with some tattoo that reminds you of him? Or maybe you’ll end up disliking the design, regretting ever suggesting this, and wanted to go back to having no tattoo? Well, just to put it out there, he was absolutely going to pay for everything if you were sure, just as a way to compensate with his leftover feelings of anxiety.

• He allowed you to choose the design, and you decided to choose something befitting of your boyfriend’s tech-like aesthetic— and god, it looked so pretty on the two of you! Silently, he’s loving it; to think it would fit you two that well! As much as he cherished it, it flustered him too! This is a pretty romance-y thing, and this is a huge step up in the relationship in his eyes.
