i would like to sue my mother for my extreme anxiety over the most minimal things

a start to self care is creating safe loving places for yourself!!! this includes your bedroom, your social media, your car, etc. putting touches of yourself in places. putting time and effort into creating a good healthy environment for yourself that makes you feel held and conetent. i put so much pride into my room. my room literally feels like a giant hug bc it is suchhh a safe haven for me. it is completely me and my own and place that FEELS like me. its like me if i was a room and it feels so comforting and thats how you should want to make places that you are going to spend so much of your time in! and dont stop there baby!!!! adjust your social media to seeing things that make you feel good and happy. my instagram and twitter are *for the most part* pictures of people by the ocean or aesthetically pleasing photos or pretty rooms or people roller skating or people in the forest or someone making soap. unfollowing people on twitter or tumblr or whtever who constantly only post negative things ..... rlly helped me (hint: if theres ppl u feel obligated to keep following but wish u could u follow, u can mute them!!) my mental health feels cradled when i take care of my environment.

i wish i was a little fairy in the woods who lived in a little home made of sticks n branches and all the little animals of the woods come to my house for love and i take care of them. i spend my days running barefoot through the woods and dancing in little streams.

i dont know what it is but theres something about going places alone that are just sooo much more comforting. i find so much peace in making day trips to places by myself. i feel back in tune with myself and i love it.
