When you have a good round, take a picture so you can go back and remind yourself that you have done it before and you have the ability to do it now. It also helps you to visualize what the outcome of your hard work will look like.
When you are practicing always have one word in mind that describes what you want to be. For example, I say the word "fierce" to myself before every shot. Take the time to find your word. Make it meaningful and impactful.
Confidence is key. Like anyone says if you think you can than you physically can. Remember to always believe in your abilities. You have them for a reason.
