One thing I always say is Live In The Moment. But In reality it’s impossible for some people, especially for the ones who can’t help but overthink. Sometimes we tend to look at our future, and what we want, and how we see things. We end up ruining the present moment because we get too anxious and want it now. Afraid to lose someone who means the world to you, what we don’t realize is that we are slowly pushing them away. Then get hard on ourselves when they leave and think “I wasn’t good enough” 🥺🥺🥺 or “Nobody will love me” it can be tough. That has everything to do with how you think mentally. Our mind is powerful, and can feel like it’s impossible to train. It’s not impossible just takes a lot of work. You’re not the only one out there like this. 🙏🏾
