Depictions of Citipati, or dancing skeletons, in a Tibetan Thangka painting. Citipati (Sanskrit: चितिपति) is a protector deity or supernatural being in Tibetan Buddhism and Vajrayana Buddhism of India. It is formed of two skeletal deities, one male and the other female, both dancing wildly with their limbs intertwined inside a halo of flames representing change. They are invoked as ‘wrathful deities’, benevolent protectors or fierce beings of demonic appearance.

when you want to start again
think about what’s not serving you right now
think of ways to replace your bad habits with good ones
reflect on your mistakes and do your best to learn from them
think about how people around you influence you
have courage to do things that scare you but will make you grow
begin to do new things that your old self discouraged you from or didn’t have motivation to do
being consistent is the most important thing to doing anything
remember that it’s not too late to begin again and completely reinvent yourself
