April was sitting in the cafe enjoying her lunch when thoughts of the lovely tall blond flitted into her head. They had met briefly once, for a puff piece, and April had been a little bit smitten by the tall lady. She appreciated the other woman's drive and passion, it was part of what made her attractive. Aprils thoughts drifted to the blond’s legs, and oh they went on for days. Shaking herself from her thoughts she realized it was inappropriate and continued her meal, a light flush on her cheeks.

📱 hey irma! You will never believe what I saw last night! Big huge green things! With shells! I think they may have been some kind of turtle but they were walking around, fighting. Maybe they were aliens? Didn't get close enough to talk to them. They were on the rooftop two buildings over. I don't think they saw me. I got pictures tho! You gotta come look!

It was her day off and April was not going to waste it. Throwing on some casual clothes she grabbed a bag and headed down to the lair to see her friends. Maybe they could watch movies or something. Anything to help her relax and forget the week she had been having. If she was lucky then Raph would be there and maybe he would be alone.
Her infatuation with the largest of the brothers had been hard to hide and became pretty obvious after time had gone on and the brothers got older. Her face was flushed with the memory of their first kiss, it had been strange, but not unwelcome.
“Hey guys? Who wants a movie night?” April called out into the lair as she walked in.
“Hey April.” Raphael showed up after hearing her voice. He was smiling -rarely he does but whenever she is around, he can´t help himself- “Movie night?” He asked, “They´re not here.”
“They´re topside.” He explained. “I stayed. Doctor´s orders.” He rolled his eyes. “Big crack on my shell.” And turned to show her the huge patch he had covering it. “Doesn´t hurt but it´s deep.”
“,,, So.” He suddenly remembered the kiss and felt a bit awkward and inadequate. “You wanna do somethin?”

April moved over to where Raph was and got a better look at his shell. The patch work was clean and precise, as expected. “What happened?” She touched his shell, away from the patch before he turned back around. She knew deep cracks in their shells could be dangerous. He had already almost died once from having his shell crushed by the Shredder. So the concern was real.
“I am glad it doesn’t hurt, and it was smart of them to keep you here so you don’t hurt yourself more.” She admonished him with a playful finger wag. “Well, I brought movies hoping to forget about my week and just, veg out for a bit. I don’t suppose you would be interested? Maybe we can get some food too?” She was trying to make it sound casual, but with just the two of them. Dinner and movies sounded suspiciously like a date.
