of course, waiting for arizona to come inside from the rain before he even set foot in the door he held open meant he was getting absolutely drenched - but he did so anyway and as soon as she was inside too he closed it and grabbed a throw rug off the couch to wrap over her shoulders. it wasn’t freezing, but it was cold enough that his t-shirt sticking to his skin send shivers down his spine - so he didn’t need to convince himself to take it off, chucking it in the corner of the doorway to clean up later and unnzips his backpack to make sure all the cameras were still good, “shit this bag really is waterproof.” he laughs slightly, setting himself down on the floor near the fireplace which was almost out and hoping she’d follow over. “you cold?” he looks up at her, already fixing another log onto the dying flame.

she had a fascination for water rain included and maybe that's why she lingered longer her brown hair dampening sticking to her face before she finally ran inside laughing as she did so. she grabbed the throw using it to wipe the water off her shoulders “you know there is nothing wrong with water, plus it never rains where we live” she said watching him. her shoes ended up on the floor and she tossed the throw his way. she reached for her own shirt adding it to the pile as she adjusted the straps of her bralette letting out a small cough she moved over to where he was. “a little yeah” she nodded reaching for the throw again “are you?”

“i blame all of us, we all could have done something different but we didn’t.. we just were fucking stupid teenagers. but i guess i’ll always blame parker the most, he shouldn’t have been with sienna knowing about baz, they both shouldn’t have but i don’t know maybe if he wasn’t there that night baz wouldn’t have walked in, sienna wouldn’t have been upset and it would be different.. i know i should blame sienna the most she was driving but i can’t, maybe its because we were always close and shes like my other half but yeah.. or maybe i just don’t want the full blame on her. i guess me and gemma should have jumped her or something, xavier could have tried and talked her down - and took her keys, i don’t really know.. thousands of things and whats ifs but yeah we all should have done something but we didn’t now we live with what happened, or try to”

         in the hustle of a crowded bar,   serena sometimes gets swept away.   yes,   figuratively,   as it was more than easy to forget about the world outside the bar and get lost people - watching instead,   learning the stories about the usual suspects,   or make a game of figuring them out on her own.   but also,   quite literally:   when your size is diminutive and your tone less than assertive,   it’s easy to get pushed around a little.   the wave of an eager bachelorette party rushing the bar swept her down current to a stool near the outskirts of the crowd —-   and completely out of the bartender’s sight.   she turns to her new company.   ❝   how long to you think it’s gonna take them to realize we’re down here.   just as thirsty as the rest of the collective !   ❞

she had been a few drinks in and a refill desperate as her glass now empty left on the table she had been at before. she nodded resting her head on her hands as she looked around “its fucking stupid” she mumbles her voice louder than normal. “we could probably take a bottle and they wouldn’t notice lets do it” she said perking up “are you down?”

though arizona didn’t always agree with sienna she didn’t judge her she herself was currently in a secret relationship hiding it from everyone and it left a level of fear and guilt inside her “okay, si calm down did you talk to baz or?” she asked using her thumb to brush tears from her cheeks. she turns back to the rest of the group and she can smell the vodka coming off sienna but she nods “do you want me to drive or something?”. they all had been drinking and arizona shook her head the worries leaving as she questions sienna pulling the girl into her she places a kiss on the side of sienna’s head “you arent a shit person”.
