What's the most aroace thing you ever did before you found out you were aroace?

I'll go first: when I was a young teenager, I practiced singing a dramatic break-up song that would appropriately convey how deeply sorrowful and lonely I would surely be in the instance of a break-up.

I was single.

I (obviously) didn't even have a crush on anyone.

But I figured that if I ever ended up in a relationship, there would probably also be a break-up eventually, and I wanted to be prepared for the dramatic, drenched-hair-whipping-in-the-storm separation that this would surely entail. Because, yknow. Obviously, someone who experiences Real Romantic Love TM would clearly break out into an emotional musical number instead of, idk. crying because their heart just got broken. Nooooo. The dramatic musical number is the way to go. Trust.
