pushing trans-women out of feminism and female spaces is ignorant and counter-intuitive. if a person has the social and mental experience of being a woman then they are a woman and should be treated as such.

being a feminist and a lesbian for me means embracing my identity as a women. doing feminine things and interacting with other women. society so offer pressures girls into acting like more like men and being ‘tomboys’. for so long i also wanted to push myself into that ‘not like other girls’ box. but the truth is that being like other girls is a beautiful thing that unites us as women. this isn’t to say that women can’t enjoy typical masculine things but we shouldn’t push away other women and our feminine identities just to appeal and be more similar to men.

I love lesbians, I love being a lesbian, I can’t wait to be a lesbian my whole life
Things to do instead of mindlessly staring at a screen ೃ⁀➷
Not my typical post but i hope you'll like it.
Do you sometimes feel like you're wasting the best years of your life by constantly being on your phone?
When you get asked about your hobbies you go silent and can't seem to think of anything that you do in your free time except scrolling?
This list might be just for you!
Make a list of things that make you feel good and give you energy and things that make you feel bad and drained.
For example:
''Whenever i play with my pet my day gets better'', ''When i do this exercise i feel good and energetic'',
''Scrolling through X's instagram account makes me compare myself to X and feel insecure'', ''After this exercise i feel bad, like i'm about to throw up''.
This list can be really helpful. You'll know which things you should avoid and which you should do more!
Learn how to make bracelets:
Useful skill, you can make them for yourself or ur friends, use them as a keychain or a choker!
Meditate!
I started few days ago and i already feel better. This feeling is kinda hard to describe, it's like you have more control over your thoughts.
I was gonna link some youtube guided meditations but i think that everyone wants something different, so if you want to feel better/ happier look for something like ''guided meditation for happiness/ good day''
if you want to be more productive then "guided meditation for productivity" etc
Or just simply look for "guided meditation for beginners" ;)
Make 3d models out of cardboard or origami!
I love it, i'm a crafty bish so this is my fav thing on this list.
It helps to improve ur spatial imagination, can reduce stress and you can make cute little decorations for your room!
Some easy tutorials if you're a beginner:
I also make these when i'm bored at school.🤭
Make fun hairstyles!
Especially now in the summer!
1 ) You can go out in your cool hairstyle + summer clothes and ur gonna look stunning!
2 ) If you learn how to make cute hairstyles in summer, when school comes you could be making these. Good hair changes your whole appearance so much!
If you make a tidy and simple yet interesting hair ur gonna look just like that- tidy and simple yet interesting.
And if you decide to go with more creative and messy hair ur gonna have that "effortlessly pretty" look!
Write down some things that you remember doing in a day or in a week. Then think if you did these things for yourself or to please others.
For example you went out with your friends despite feeling horrible. Did you do it so that you and your friends will have a good time and because you know that these people can make you feel better? Or did you do it because you're afraid to say no and you didn't want to disappoint your friends?
Or you remember doing ur makeup in the morning, think if you did it because you wanted to, because it's the way YOU express yourself, because you like doing it and its ur hobby? Or did you put your makeup on because you're afraid of what others might think of you without it on?
Remember that there is no shame in being afraid to say no, but to truly be happy and have healthy relationships you need to work on it.
There is also no shame in putting makeup on to not feel anxious about other peoples opinion about you. Todays beauty standard is for many unachievable without makeup or plastic surgery. But if you really want to feel confident in your own body makeup is just a temporary solution.
I can make a post about how i started to feel more confident if you guys want it.
If you liked this post please reblog it, making this post took me a while!
A lot of things listed here require you to use ur phone or computer, but you are not using them mindlessly, you are using them to learn new things. Watching tutorials is just an introduction to a topic. Once you learn how to do these things you can recreate them without your phone or start making new creative things based on the knowledge you absorbed from the videos.
Remember that there is nothing wrong with watching youtube or tiktok videos for fun, scrolling through instagram to see what your friends are doing, etc. These things can be fun in moderation, don't make them your only source of entertainment and happines!
as a feminist who tries to love and value all women, it’s very hard for me to accept the fact that i do not love and value my own mother. she has done many things to me and others around her that i won’t get into. i just have to accept she’s a bad person and try to live with it.
today i deleted social media platforms and apps that i believe are attributing to my addiction to my phone. deleting the apps was easy but i know the temptation to redownload and give into my technology addiction will be hard. i also began the long process of deep cleaning my house. i’ve on an hour break right now and i know it’s going to be hard because my motivation is running low. i will push through though.
hello everyone, i’ve recently had a very large shift in my mentality. although i’m not sure what has caused this, i feel the need to truly devote myself to a new way of life. this blogs purpose is to document that and encourage others to come along with me. my bio outlines my general interests but i will be diving deeper into my lifestyle choices and personal journey soon. love to you all.
