Once again it has been a while since I’ve posted on here. And to my 27 followers I do apologize for that. I go for about a month before I recall that I have an art tumblr and that I’ve not posted anything to it. whoops...

Anyway!

As of October 31st Artwork and Oddities has reached the grand milestone of existing for one year! Honestly...that’s pretty dang good for me.

In that time I’ve done dozens of art dolls, quite a few of the art boxes and have even started painting. Well, mini paintings. So far the sizes are 2.5″x2.5″ and 2″x3″. But it is really fun. This year I even participated in Drawlloween/Inktober, forcing myself out of my comfort zone and into drawing. Which I’ll admit is not one of my strong points.

ALSO!

This year I submitted 3 works to the Arizona State Fair. AAAAAAAND (drumroll) I got an honorable mention for one of my boxes and a 2nd place ribbon for one of my cat art dolls! Pretty dang cool if I say so myself.

Anyway...thank you for following and still following even through the gaps. I’ll try to post more again.
