new tumblr
for those of you who have messaged here asking if I have a new blog--you can find me at @woundgallery
Giacometti at the Guggenheim
Why has tumblr blocked u from search?
The entirety of my blog has been marked has been marked as explicit which means that it cannot be viewed directly, even by me, nor is it available on search. The most heartbreaking aspect of this is that I can no longer access my own tags, even while viewing my own blog through the dashboard. As I have nearly 39,000 posts–far too many to sift through on a dashboard without making use of my painstaking categorization system–seven years of my own research is essentially lost to me. For my purposes, this tumblr existed almost entirely as an organizational tool for meticulously squirrelling away tidbits for my own creative work. The loss of this digital filing cabinet hurts me more than I could have possibly anticipated. I have appealed the decision to categorize arterialtrees as explicit, but I have little hope that I will be successful. In the meantime, I have started a new blog at woundgallery.tumblr.com. I don’t know if I will continue updating at the new handle. What I do know is that, barring a miracle, arterialtrees is defunct after seven years.
