I’ve been messing about a bit a with AI recently. This is a collection of things with notes about some of them.

I’m using the term AI for what I think of as Machine Learning using Neural Networks. It seems to be the norm and it’s convenient shorthand.

Once a politician...

It’s really bizarre in ArtBreeder when you’re just messing around and suddenly someone you recognize pops out. This just happened to me:

To me, it looks like Hillary Clinton popped out of a cross breed with GW Bush, who himself was a cross breed of a Washington statue and Trollface (OK, the GW resemblance is more one of expression than likeness).

A similar thing happened when I was messing with Brett Kavanaugh and suddenly... Lindsay Graham!

What is it with these politicians, that they all look the same, even across history. Could it be the Illuminati are real???

Recessive genes in ArtBreeder

Just had the weirdest thing happen. In Artbreeder I cross-bred two eyeless faces, one of mine I call “Eyeless Guy” and another I found of a maniacally laughing woman with no eyes. Not sure what I was expecting, except that the result would have no eyes. Imagine my surprise when:
