But you can let go, and start your future.” Quinn had always been bad at taking her own advice, but she figured it couldn’t hurt to pass along the only piece of life advice she could to a stranger in need. Maybe it would brighten up their day a little, or maybe not. All she could do was try.

“Yes i read this but i didn’t liked that book …” She said raising an eyebrow “What is it doing here anyway?” Lou asked softly.
“I have no idea. I just found it on the bench”

“Panem? Where’s that, Europe somewhere?”
“Netflix is down. My life is OFFICIALLY over. I was going to have a Star Trek marathon.”
“You do know it’s on this HULU thing?”

“trust me, you wouldn’t”
“Aren’t they amazing?” She shook her head. “Sometimes there were some that would fly over the ocean, but they never went too far out.”
“Yeah, they have different survival things they do. I don’t actually know too much about them, just vague stuff I remember reading about in school”
❝Sure, I would like that, thanks. What you usually do around here?❞
“Oh you know this and that. Some stuff you wouldn’t like, but we don’t have to do that”
Annie watched the butterfly that landed on her finger as she gave a smile. “Have you ever seen something so beautiful before?” She mused more towards whoever was nearby at that current moment. “We never had these back in District Four, but I did see a couple in the Capitol and I loved watching them just fly around.”
“Beautiful as a butterfly? Yeah, I have.” he nodded at the butterfly on her finger. “There weren’t butterflies where you lived? Like at all? Any time of the year?”

“I’ve been here a few weeks, I can show you around. Not a lot of places, but some. I can show you some places.”
“Because doing all the things I loved when I hate being like this and living like this would ruin it.”
“So, because you’re like this now, you’re all bitter and angry and shit? Sounds fun. Want to smoke?”
“Not be in a chair? Because no, I can’t do that. I need the chair to do anything.”
