It’s finally finished! This is the P-51D Mustang flown by Lt. Roscoe Brown, 100th Squadron, 332nd Fighter Group. The 332nd are more famously known as the Tuskegee Airmen!

Lt. Brown, along with 3 other Tuskegee Airmen, shot down an ME-262 jet fighter while escorting American bombers over Berlin on March 24, 1945!

Been working on a P-51D of the 332nd Fighter Group, more famously known as the Tuskegee Airmen! The aluminum paint didn’t turn out exactly like I’d hoped, but I’m happy that it’s reflective!

I started another model this past weekend. It’s a 1/35 scale pickup truck from Meng.

I’m trying to make it into something you’d see in a post apocalyptic or Red Dawn-esque scenario. I figured it looks close enough to an old Toyota to put it on the back and I’m also planning on putting a 50. Cal on the back instead of the M240 the kit came with.

Weathering the model as been really fun so far and I’m hoping to begin adding dirt and mud to it soon!
