HEY GUYS! I am so sorry for not posting anything this week! I got a bit busy crying about the things i had to do instead of doing them and that took up all of my time.
But! Thank you guys for submitting if you did, and if you didn’t, I hope the theme at least got you thinking! There were a million things I wanted to draw but I just didn’t get around to it u A u

“There’s a knock at the door” I can’t fix the pressure on my tablet so unfortunately you guys get a sketch from me this week. But I decided to draw my bedroom door. Cause while almost no one knocks there’s a constant barrage of scratching from my 2 cats Ziggy Stardust and Data. (And yes my bedroom has a licence plate that says grandpa cause my family jokes that I’m 21 but secretly a grumpy old man)

this theme caters a bit more towards writers and illustrators, but I hope it’ll be something we can all work with! You can illustrate a scene, post how a knock at the door makes you feel - anxious? excited? - take pictures of doors, sketch doors, whatever you want! stretch the theme as far as you’d like!

Hello Hello! I’m backseatart I’ve been in a rut for about a year art wise, so I joined to get some motivation from you guys! o vo My real name is Melissa, I’m 25 and live in San Jose, CA. I’m a Garden Supervisor at The Home Depot, and close to getting my own store! Thus.... I basically live at work, but I love what I do! I’m half German, half Irish but I’m very close to my German roots and speak conversational Hessian German among family. My main influence is manga, obviously, but I’m also influenced by some western artists as well as my friends haha!  I mainly draw my dumb OCs, and my focus is on historical stories as well as fantasy!
