“That would be… quite disastrous, to be certain,” Leo acknowledged with a slow nod. He flipped over the piece of paper he had written on and carefully drew out the runes. One mistake in the ritual and Hoshido would have more than just a crop problem.

It didn’t take long at all for the Nohrian prince to finish putting all the runes to paper. “Here you are, Prince Takumi,” he said, calmly handing the paper over to him. “I also wrote down some instructions and drew a diagram of how the ritual circle should appear, just in case you’ve forgotten. Is there anything else you need to know while I’m still here?”

A short pause. “I suspect we should part as soon as possible. It would not bode well for either of us if we were caught.”

Looks like our idea of the weirdly cut length of his hair was canon after all. I’m not an expert on hair or anything, but ?? such a weird way to cut hair??? I guess to each their own. (I’d definitely love some kind of explanation, if anyone has one, culturally or fashion or anything. Explain the pineapple.)
