When Death came to claim a terminally ill cancer patient, Müsnah refused to let her go without a fight, so she challenged the Grim Reaper to a high-stakes game of poker right over the hospital bed.

Slapping down a winning Royal Flush, Müsnah forced Death to admit defeat and begrudgingly hand over a "Human Soul" ticket, granting the patient a hard-earned second chance at life.
