Now, I'd tell about my experiences when I test at ITS.
after you pass the admin selection, here it is the sequences:
you will hear the presentator gives you information about the company, jobs, culture, lifestyle, and another else until 2 hours (yes, I'm sleepy) :D
in this test, we will queueing in the line, then we pick one of the paper consist of 1 question, and we answer it. I got "in the next 10 years, what will you do?"
just answer it clearly, the point is, you can answer in English well. whatever structure you use for it.
Usually, the next step just half of the participant. Congratulation, go to the next step.
in this test, we will be given answer sheet and exam sheet, consist of basic math, basic physics, technical physics, general question, and drawing question.
make sure your answer was right, and just passed the difficults. it takes one hour, quickly. ;)
3rd Test: Group Discussion
Usually, the next step just half of the participant from before. Congratulation, go to the final step.
in this test, we will divided into few groups. there was many case. in our case, we must build the bridge from the material, like paper, chopstick, wire, and two cup from paper. the final is, there was a car will pass through the bridge and it is mustn't fall from the bridge. my group was failed.
but the point from this test is the communication you build between your group, how could you make decision, and interaction with other. just talkative, but don't too much.
last, if you passed, you will be invited to HRD interview. I will held this test soon, wait my post. :)
the important things in my opinion, before the test you must:
Eat! do not get hungry in the middle of the test. :p
Good mood, find your own moodbooster.
Always pray to your God. :)
Spirit! don't give up if you failed in first, second, or third test, always try and try, you wouldn't be blacklisted by the company.
