In regards to certain movie news... I still don’t know who to trust. Is the Joker sequel happening or NOT? I don’t get it, I haven’t seen this many conflicting reports since trying to convince my Dad that I completed my homework for the weekend.

I recently started playing Batman Returns on the SNES again. Some fascinating things happened so I decided to write about it.

Recently Disney has been proving over and over again that corporate produced and packaged filmmaking can still be highly nuanced, exciting, heartfelt, and most importantly ENTERTAINING!!! They’ve earned my benefit of the doubt. Even for films I probably would have called right away we’re not going to be worth it. Every film deserves a chance though.

That being said...

The Aladdin remake should probably just go away. Far away. And never return.

Oh and The Lion King as well. Don’t fix what ain’t broke man. One looks as if it was produced on a cheap matinee stage with crap cgi, miscast roles, rap... apparently, and possibly the final nail in the coffin for will smith.

You might say I’m judging these films to soon. You’re 100% right. That is exactly what I’m doing and frankly I don’t care. It’s just how I feel.

There is an election coming up in my area. Which means the time has come to pretend I have a candidate choice when speaking to those who do not know me very well.  Most people have a hard time accepting my: elections-don’t-matter-in-the-slightest-because-no-matter-how-bad-they-are-someone-new-will-have-the-seat-in-a-few-years-anyway, point of view.
