I started watching the fall of the house of usher (because I loved the midnight club, and obvi love the life of chuck)

honestly AUDIBLY GASPING RIGHT BEFORE THE END REVEALS OF EVERY EPISODE - the only time that’s ever happened before was like the end of severance season 1

#I have no one to talk about this with because my bestie doesn’t do horror

Me: I want to go to this movie this weekend it’s special to me

Partner: okay we’ll go

A few hours later

Partner: *after he argues and makes me feel like absolute crap* I don’t wanna go anymore tonight, I’m not in the mood

Me: :| Kay

Partner: but if you want to go I’ll drive you

Me: not to this earlier showing I guess

Me: *finds a later showing and decides to treat myself and take myself out on a date* Can you drive me to this one?

Partner: IM MAD BC WHY DIDNT YOU ASK ME TO GO

#like am I crazy?#am I crazy for feeling like this is bullshit behaviour?#I feel like I’m trying to make myself happy but when he’s mad and sees me trying to make myself happy he can’t have that #this isn’t how you treat loved ones

Me: sees beautiful photos of a very happy couple close to my age. “I sure hope I can have that with my partner.”

*A few hours later*

Partner: gets mad at me for drying my hair as part of my post night shower getting pjs on routine. Hour and a half long argument/discussion/pile on all the grievances and if I defend or explain myself it’s “spinning the argument around” or my trying to share my perspective is horrible and unacceptable and I’m a bad person-session ensues.

Meanwhile it’s known I haven’t been feeling physically well nor mentally well lately. I wanted to go to bed early tonight because of feeling sick and having a lot of housework to do tomorrow. Early was 10:30. It is currently 1:30 and I can’t stop crying (I only got peace like 5-10 mins ago where I can just breathe)

#sorry I seem to come here to scream into the void about how bad things are or reblog memes and then dip for a long time #I swear I’m still here I’m just scrolling and blocking the spam accounts that end up following me #I have no friends in my city all my school friends moved and I have a hard time making new ones and I’m always the outsider friend anyway #what I’m saying is I don’t have a support system in the city I currently live in

I have to weave in a couple of ends from yarn changes and do up the fringe, but my Thor 1 Loki scarf is complete (I even wove in some of the green wool from the shawl I’m making…for the plot)

Not me crocheting a grey and black houndstooth pattern scarf as a little nod to Loki in Thor 1

Also it’s more practical for every day use than my other scarf which is a true to size Fourth Doctor scarf I knitted years ago

And I’m also knitting a forest green shawl 👀 with unspun wool (to which I want to get a snake and dagger shawl brooch made from iron to fasten it with)

#yes the one he kept from filming #I’m crocheting a similar scarf for myself #it’s class #if you want to make one for yourself it’s a size 7 hook and sport weight yarn #foundation crochet double crochet and single crochet rotate for your chain #then switch colours every row (it’s crochet length wise)#and it’s rotate dc and sc stitches so a double will be on top of a single from the previous row #I used majo garn fine merino and ended up w 267 stitches per row it’s about 150cm bc I have a tightish tension and I didn’t feel like #loosening it #you can do strands at the end too if you want #for width I’m gonna see what 45 rows gives me but that may change #go as wide as you think
