by now i'm pretty sure everyone knows what the void state is and if you don't, here is my post to the void state. here's a disclaimer before we get into this post! this method will ONLY fail if you refuse to persist and if you give up. if you still don't get into the void state, then it's because you didn't persist and you decided to flip over and sleep or give up. please don't send me asks about where you went wrong. the second you decided to not persist and to give yourself room for failure, that's where you went wrong.

first step | i want you to write down your old story. every old belief, assumption. circumstance, just whatever you want to get rid of. write that down and reread your old story until you're ready to let go of it. now, after you let go of that old story, take a breather and then start writing your new story. write down your beliefs, everything you assume, and what you want in the new story. literally anything and everything. once you're done writing, read your new story over and over again until it gets saturated into your mind. i want you to know now that your new story has manifested and everything is set into motion. what would your thoughts be if you are living your new story right now? would you doubt the law? [spoiler : no, you wouldn't.] would you question the void state? [another spoiler : no, you wouldn't.] i want you to persist in that new story regardless of what happens. your skin is turning blue and your teeth are falling off? i don't care. persist in that new story.
second step | after you wrote down your story, i want you to fully understand that you have your desires right now and that the only reason you want to get into the void state is to relax and to be free of all distractions. you want to be at peace with yourself. rampage, vaunt and continue to affirm and tell yourself that the void is easy and that you always get in. hype yourself up!
third step | after you hype yourself up. i want you to take a few deep breaths, clear your mind and then i want you to take your index finger and press on your third eye chakra. it's in the middle of your eyebrows. press on that area and start saying these affirmations :
- i will be entering the void state tonight
- i am entering the void state
- it's easy for me to enter the void state
keep doing this until you are ready to let go of that intention.
fourth step | we are now going to relax and clear our mind. you can do a guided meditation (find one on youtube that resonates with YOU, not me or any other loa blogger) or you can simply breathe and be aware of your consciousness.
get into a comfortable position. you can sit in a meditative position, lay on your back, sleep on your side, etc. this is completely up to you and your comforts, but make sure that you don't move. now take 5 deep breaths, if you want, you can take in more deep breaths. keep taking deep breaths until you feel comfortable and relaxed. once you're relaxed, i want you scrunch up your body, tense up your muscles and let go and relax. start head first then go all the way down to your feet. when you start with your head, you will be fully relaxed by the time you make your way down to your feet. scrunch up your forehead, then your eyebrows and release, then your nose, then your lips, then your jaw, then your neck. keep scrunching up every part of your body and then releasing till you reach your toes.
now that you are physically relaxed, we are going to become mentally relaxed. do some deep breathing or the 4-4-4 breathing technique [breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and breathe out for 4 seconds]. if you have any thoughts popping up, let them pass. do not engage with your thoughts.
keep doing this until you feel completely relaxed mentally and physically.
fifth step | now that you're mentally and physically relaxed, i want you to visualize what your void state looks like. is it pitch black with stars and planets? does it have hues of blues and purples? what does YOUR void look like? vividly imagine it in detail and get lost in those visuals. if you aren't able to visualize, then i want you to get lost into the darkness in front of you. while you are getting lost in your imagination/darkness, slowly count down from 100-0 and try to make sure that you don't lose track of the numbers you count. one you reach 0, i want you to take in a few deep breaths. i want you to imagine as if you're falling or going down a flight of stairs when you exhale. only when you exhale! in order to feel this falling feeling, i want you to slowly exhale. do this 10 times at least or until you feel prepared to start affirming. by doing this, we are lowering your brain wave frequency.
sixth step | i want you start affirming these affirmations until you enter the void state :
- i am
- i am the void
- i am pure consciousness
- i am not my physical body because i am more than physical matter
- i am faceless and formless
- i am in the void state
i don't care how long it takes. first of all, time doesn't even exist. it's an illusion. i want you to keep going. don't give up. you may or not feel symptoms, but that is all a part of the experience. keep going until you know when you're in the void.
how do you know when you reach the void?
- youโre in a literal void
- you don't feel anything
- you are free from intrusive thoughts and doubts.
- youโre at peace and extremely calm
- youโre completely disconnected from the 3D
- intuition

relax and be patient with yourself
count and focus on breathing and just focus on relaxing physically and mentally
if you fall asleep easily, be in a comfortable position that won't cause you to fall asleep. sit on a chair maybe or even lay on your back
wear clothes that are loose and flowy so that it helps you feel detached from your 3d
if you're easily distracted by sound, i suggest using earphones or headphones with some rain sounds (or any sounds of your choice) if block out the external noise
listening to delta waves lowers your brain waves frequently so you automatically enter a trance like state that would help you enter the void
vaunting and visualizing a pitch black void with stars around can also be extremely helpful while entering the void. it makes you feel like you're already in the void so it's easier to persist

persist. no matter what, just persist. don't pay attention to the time, symptoms or the 3d. keep affirming and know that you're going to be getting regardless because the void is that easy. you are the void. you are pure consciousness and you must realize that the void is easy. rampage, vaunt, do whatever that makes you feel good. you are just accessing your god self which is within you. you are god. so please, don't give up. this method is fool proof and you are guaranteed to enter the void state as long as you persist and don't give up. if you don't get into the void state after doing this method, it's because you gave up and didn't persist. you didn't discipline yourself. stick to the basics, persist and you should be all good to go.
