Official Selection CFIFF: The Most Beautiful Girl in the World

The Most Beautiful Girl in the World is an official selection for the 2016 Cape Fear Independent Film Festival.  Ashley plays the lead role of Veronica Anderson in the coming of age short film that explores true love and inner beauty.  The film will screen in the regional shorts block at 7PM on Thursday, March 10th at the Browncoat Theatre in Wilmington, NC.

Ashley Nominated for Best Actress at 2016 ICFF

Ashley has been nominated for Best Actress at the 2016 International Christian Film Festival.  She receives the nomination for her performance in Princess Cut which will screen at the festival. 

Ashley holds roles in 2 other official selections for the festival.  In the feature film, Badge of Faith, Ashley plays Rebecca, the soon to be daughter-in-law of Bryan Lawrence (played by Andy Lauer).  The film is based on the true story of a Roanoke Police office injured in the line of duty.  Andy Lauer has been nominated for Best Actor at the festival for his performance.

In the short film, Mitosis, Ashley takes on the role of Vivian Oswald, a young woman faced with one decision that could cause an incomprehensible ripple effect.  Throughout the film, Ashley is aged over 30 years.  Andrew Cheney receives a nom for Best Actor for his performance in the film as Vivian’s son.

All three films will screen at the festival April 28-30th in Orlando, Florida.

Ashley takes part in Alzheimer’s Foundation of America Campaign for Memory Screening

Ashley accepts role in new feature

Ashley to play the role of Vivian in The Asylum’s upcoming film #FollowFriday being directed by Micho Rutare (Z Nation, Adopting Terror).  Filming will take place on location in Roanoke, Va.
