LINA MICHAL

Lina Michal is a Swedish Fashion Designer, based in Stockholm. She started her career studying in Italy and after her recent graduation from esteemed Beckmans College of Design she is now bound for work in New York. Her philosophy is to never be afraid of doing something. Says the designer: "I've told myself that if I'm always fearing the outcome, I will miss many good ideas along the way. I never want to stagnate, or allow myself a cemented view on what I do and who I am. I think it is important to evolve, that way you are forever young."

LOUISE KOERNER

A graduate from both Central Saint Martins College and Istituto Marangoni, Louise Körner yields inspiration from architecture's perspectives, patterns and shapes, but also from the strong graphic effects of TV series. The result is a carefully balanced mixture between dark, heavy materials, graphics and delicate, light fabrics – powerful grunginess mixed with seductive sensibility.

WALI BARRECH

Wali Barrech is a Pakistani Croatian designer, born and raised in Karachi Pakistan. A 2012 graduate of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, Wali now lives and designs in Copenhagen, Denmark. Wali finds inspiration in the social environment around him and uses his chosen medium, fashion to discuss his insights into society.

YING GAO

Montreal-based fashion designer and professor at UQAM, recipient of the Phyllis-Lambert Design Montréal Grant, Ying Gao questions our assumptions about clothing by combining urban design, architecture and multimedia. She explores the construction of the garment, taking her inspiration from the transformations of the social and urban environment.

Nancy Zhang and her fashion illustrations

Nancy is a fashion illustrator and a blogger from Berlin. She likes unusual vivid dresses from well-known designers and vintage clothes at the same time. Nancy makes looks of magestic images and then creates illustrations based on these looks. Her pictures are full of internal light, love and joy.
