Okay so idrk what the general public's opinion on Kosovo vs. Palestine is, but I personally think that the venn diagram between people who support Kosovo and people who support Palestine should be a circle. Cause if you think about it, Kosovo and Palestine are largely the same. They're both countries who had/have no established military whose terrorist group (Kosovo's KLA; Palestine's Hamas) had enough of their oppressor's bullshit and attacked back, then the oppressor countries used the attack from the terrorist group as an excuse to genocide innocent civilians who had no ties to the terrorist group, because they knew that, by the countries having no military, they had complete power over them, and they wanted to exploit that for their own personal gain. They're both genocides that got mislabeled as "wars", presumably to place blame on the oppressed country. They're even the same down to the fact that both Israel and Serbia wanted lands that they thought were "promised" to them. The Kosovo War/Genocide is literally repeating itself through today's Palestine. I know that there are people out there who say "free Palestine" and "Kosovo is Serbia" simultaneously, and to me that is just so hypocritical. Cause how are you going to say that one country deserves freedom from its oppressors, but the other one who went through the same stuff just deserves to sit down and eat shit? You cannot cherry pick which oppressed countries deserve support.
Thank you for coming to my TEDTalk.
You’re a Euro-centric asshole trying to force a fake parallel between Kosovo and Palestine that doesn’t hold up under any serious scrutiny. The situations are completely different.
Kosovo: Albanians were the overwhelming majority in the province. Serbia under Milosevic launched a campaign of mass killings, village burnings, and forced expulsions in 1998–1999 to ethnically cleanse them. NATO intervened militarily to stop an active genocide by a failing Yugoslav state that had already lost legitimacy. Kosovo declared independence in 2008 and got recognition from over 100 countries (mostly Western) because the international community saw it as correcting Serbian aggression and preventing further atrocities.
Palestine: This is a settler-colonial occupation that began in 1948 with the Nakba, which, if you don't know, was mass displacement of Palestinians, destruction of hundreds of villages, and refusal to allow return. Israel has maintained military control over the West Bank and Gaza since 1967, built illegal settlements on stolen land, imposed a blockade on Gaza since 2007, and enforced a system of separate laws, checkpoints, and land confiscation that human rights organizations (Amnesty, HRW, B’Tselem) have called apartheid. Palestinian armed groups, including Hamas, operate in that context of ongoing dispossession and denial of statehood, and not as a sudden reaction to one campaign of ethnic cleansing like the KLA was.
Serbia was not expanding into Albanian territory or building colonies there; it was trying to hold onto land it was losing control of through brutal force. Israel continues to expand settlements and annex territory in violation of international law while enjoying unconditional Western support.
Your “they’re literally the same” take is intellectually dishonest and reeks of Eurocentrism: you cheer Kosovo because it was framed as a neat Western humanitarian victory against a cartoon villain, but you downplay Palestine by comparing them because it implicates Israel and U.S. policy. Stop diluting a real anti-colonial struggle with your sloppy, self-serving analogy. Read actual history books on both instead of inventing parallels to feel morally superior and to support your own cause.
One is a lonely number. It's definitionally completely by itself, isolated from the rest of the world. She doesn't go outside, she doesn't truly connect with anyone else, One is completely alone.
Two is a number associated with partnership. It's just the two of them, and no one else. For good and for bad, it's just him and Yukino.
Three is a number associated with stories. Due to the three act structure and the rule of threes, it's human nature to put the number three in stories. She makes stories come to life.
Four is a number associated with death in many cultures. It fits him doesn't it?
Five is a strong number. It's often considered to be a friendly number due to its simplicity and it's ease of multiplication and division. She was just as strong.
Six is a strange number. It doesn't have the strength of five, and it doesn't have the presence of seven, he can only hope to mimic them. He is completely forgettable.
Seven is a number of leadership, it's unique and it stands out. Seven is a lucky number, she's a prime number, the only of her kind. But she's also isolated, Seven doesn't divide, add, multiply, or subtract very nicely from other numbers. She's widely considered confusing and abrasive.
Eight is often associated with infinity due to their similar symbols, however due to him being infinity inverted, you could argue eight represents being limited. He will never be in the limitless world he invisions, he can only mimic it in his dreams.
Nine is associated with change. She's the highest you can go without restarting the cycle. Between different faces, different names, her different personas, and the chaos she leaves in her wake, nine is always changing.
Ten is stability. He is harmonious, he is friendly, he gets along well with other numbers even if he may seem more powerful and imposing than them. Holding people together with his kindness. However Ten can also be seen as a revolution, which gets him into trouble.
Eleven is powerful and energetic. She surpasses the perceived limit, she comes in at the last moment to save the day. Eleven is a hero.
Twelve is cosmic and grandiose. Natural and supernatural things come in Twelves, Twelve gods in a pantheon, Twelve zodiac signs, Twelve months in a year, he was even born on the twelth day of the twelth month. I'm sure he'd let the significance go to his head.
Thirteen is a paranoid number. She's considered unlucky, and because of that she's hypervigilant and constantly afraid of things she's convinced herself are to come. Because of this, people avoid her because she's violent and turbulent. She frustrates people.
Fourteen is unimportant. He's forgettable, he has no real associations, the most that can be said about him is he carries the kindness of Ten with the misfortune of Four, and double the luck of Seven.
Fifteen is about maturity. Fifteen is about the age people start treating girls like adults. In a way Fifteen both accepts her meaning and keeps trying to escape it.
Sixteen tries to pass itself off as important when really it is forgettable. He's not nearly as nice a number he thinks he is, yet he's also aware of this and hates himself for it. It tries to carry the kindness of Ten into his own meaning, but he's too focused on Five and Seven to truly incorporate Six, so he will never truly be himself.
Mastermind Hayashi and traitor yanagi…
Imagine: yanagi killing someone to get the game started or continue it, Getting caught and executed but Hayashi makes sure he doesn’t die during it.
The two reunited behind the scenes and then watching the rest of the game play out. Then when Hayashi reveals herself yanagi just giggles bc that’s his wife and she’s so evil and he loves her sooooo mucchhhhhhh
And of course she doesn’t die during her execution because they have to run the next games together!
I love me so psycho with psycho
Yanagi/ogura parallels where they’ve clearly been through horrible situations and crave to protect others from going through the same (Yanagi being his home life and Ogura’s being grooming)
Yanagi/ogura parallels where they both place themselves in self-sacrificing positions just so they can protect others
Yanagi/ogura parallels where they both are trying to protect people who don’t WANT their protection (Mai and Sasaki, Ikeda)
The way the gun kissed my forehead ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
because ken had already planned for himself dying if he won the trial I can only assume he kept answering questions during [bonus round] to flex which is maybe the funniest thing ever. he does not care if he dies or not but you think he’s going to just not answer the questions in front of him to not prolong his execution you are wrong. of course he knows the latin root of that word like he’s going to die looking stupid. he died as he lived a trivia hound
TETRO PINK AU where everyone gets revived and has to play the game again BUT only those who died remember…
But Basically: Monomoko feels bad and brings everyone back so they can all survive but when everyone DOES come back—everyone who died remembers up to their death and those who survived don’t remember a THING.
everyone wakes up back in the laundry room and everyone started just SCREAMING. Tsuno and Isono both are crying, Mai and Kamimura are freaking out and Ken just straight up JUMPS Okazaki…It’s chaos
Then there is the survivors who don’t remember a thing and can’t understand why everyone is freaking out and why is the rabbit talking and why are you trying to hug me? How do you know my name? What is happening?—
AU where ken and okazaki are forced to work minimum wage at waffle house together

thanks. what the fuck
What the fuck.
OUTLOOK NOT SO GOOD
How would Isoda's fans react to her being in the game? And also to being fucking stabbed!!
Also, Are the interviews also published? Because if so, then Seki is in a lot of trouble.
OMG ISODA FANS!!! Isoda’s fanbase was actually one of the concepts that sparked this au!! I think they’d be known for being decently chill as far as Utaite fandoms go, if a little mischievous? Like Isoda themself. I think Isoda would have a similar vibe on and offline, too.
Isoda fans were shocked and so was the rest of the Utaite community, but lowkey they’re not doing as bad as some other groups bc like… Isoda doesn’t do shit. Not only are they chill irl and online they also just hang out in their room all day. Much appreciation for the strategy and much horror for the stabbing. It’s ok though bc standard refill was also live streamed and everyone knows Mion is the first priority of the only doctor so. Isoda fans holding out hope.
Interviews are publicized, and Seki isn’t shown. Not that it mattered much for Pink, since as far as anyone knows Seki is dead. Nishiguchi’s interview was not shown, and instead a memo was recorded stating that she’d attacked several doctors and refused to answer questions.
anyone thinking about nishiguchi and chiba. how their last word was both “right”. how their deaths were portrayed as more angelic then they were. how nishiguchi looked like she was sleeping and how chiba was hung in her pajamas. how they were both so deeply loyal to a family who didn’t have their best interests at heart, how they had to do their jobs because they loved their families. Chiba’s mom was her best friend. there’s nothing nishiguchi cares more about then her family. how they were always working. chiba was always a child, nishiguchi always had her guard up for violence, she was always cooking. how their parents were their bosses, nishiguchi inheriting the business from her father and Chiba’s mom being her agent. maybe both their last words were “right” because they’d never say anything else to an order from family.
being a tetro fan is truly testing how far the duality of man will go like I HATE HIROAKI but I LOVE HIROAKI, I HATE KUMADA but I LOVE KUMADA, I HATE IKEDA but I LOVE IKEDA. There are more ppl I feel this way about but that’s a long list
ehhh we got time…UNDER THE CUT
