How to feel closer to your long distance partner

-if you paint your nails paint them your partners favorite color

-buy a copy of their favorite book and read it

-watch their favorite movie

-do they have a certain cologne or perfume they wear all the time? Buy a bottle!

-swap playlists of your favorite songs with them

-make their favorite food and FaceTime them while you eat

-play twenty questions (even if you already know everything about them you might learn something new!)

-talk about your feelings towards them (this one might seem cheesy but it makes you appreciate them)

-what’s their favorite animal? Buy a stuffed version to snuggle

-try their favorite candy sometime

-FaceTime them while you both are eating a meal

-if it’s possible, ask them to send one of their shirts or a blanket to wear and snuggle with

-send letters back and forth, it’s good to have something physical you can touch

-save all the videos they send you. You can rewatch them when you miss them more than usual

-send snapchats or pictures back and forth of what you’re doing. It makes you feel like you’re with them

-and last but not least, stay hopeful that you’ll be able to see them soon. It’s good to have a positive outlook for the both of you
