“I don’t think I have any past traumas.” He muttered, his brow furrowing slightly. “So there is nothing for me to heal from.” Connor didn’t feel like this was entirely true but he wasn’t overly concerned by it.

lavender — what are you the most devoted to in your life?

This was a difficult question for Connor to answer, a frown now on his face as he tried to figure out the best way to answer this. “I’m... I’m not entirely sure. Um... I suppose keeping the residents of Detroit safe, both human and android? So my job?” He really didn’t know if that was the best answer but it was the only thing he could come up with.

Connor had to really think about this, a small frown on his face as he tilted his head slightly. “Hmm... I can’t seem to think of any. That’s probably not a good thing to say but, honestly the only person I can really think of is Markus and that’s only because he was one of the reasons that lead to my deviation.”

“Sumo.” There was no hesitation and he had a serious look on his face.

“Because you don’t need one.” He said, frowning. “If you feel you need a gun then you’ll have to go through the proper process to obtain it.”

Connor frowned and shook his head slightly. “If she’s not getting guns then you’re not getting guns.”

“Um... I personally only have one I just don’t have it on me. How many do you need and why?” Now Connor was very concerned.

Connor narrowed his eyes at her question. “Not currently. Why do you require one?” He questioned.

Connor had been minding his own business, starting a fresh pot of coffee for the officers. What had him nearly throwing the coffee grounds on the counter was the arms that were suddenly wrapping around him, a chest now pressed to his back. The RK unit looked over his shoulder to see who it was only to give the RK900 an awkward smile.

“Sorry you startled me. Is everything alright?” He questioned.

"... I am unsure.." The RK900 had been distant, cold and mostly silent since his return to the precinct after the incident. He had been repaired fully, but there was still something off about him. His nature beforehand had been soft, gentle, even caring.. but now he just seemed to be putting walls up, almost fearful of getting too close or too attached to anyone, just in case something else went wrong.

"Lieutenant Anderson informed me that general feelings of uncertainty and unease are best remedied with gentle physical contact..." Of course the higher model android would use the most convoluted of terms to tell his 'elder brother' that Hank said; "You look sad.. go find Connor and give him a hug, you'll feel a little better for it.."

The awkward smile slowly slipped from the older android’s face as he listened to the other speak. Whatever was going on it seemed bad. Connor wasn’t fully in the loop of what was going on with the RK900 but he knew that it probably had something to do with detective Reed. Connor set the coffee down and turned to face the other android before wrapping his arms around him in an attempt at a comforting hug.

“Well, I’m glad that you came to me and I’m happy to help you in any way I can.” He said as he gently patted the other RK unit’s back. Then, he was putting back, his hands still on the other’s shoulders though as he smiled kindly at him. “And if you ever want to just talk, maybe try to process your emotions a little better, I’m here to listen.”

“Hugs? Hmmm, I don’t get many hugs but, they are nice when I get them.” He said with a smile.

What's your favorite feeling? Can be an emotion or physical sensation.

“Hmm, that’s a good question.” Connor put his hand to his chin in thought, his lips pursed slightly. “My favorite feeling? I suppose I enjoy feeling successful but I also enjoy the feeling of pure joy.” He said before a small smile tugged at his lips. “I also enjoy the feeling of Sumo’s fur after he’s been brushed out. He’s very soft.”

Do you feel any different about your job after deviating?

Have any of the officers/detectives started acting different toward you?

Connor tilted his head slightly, looking a little confused. “Different? Hmm, no not really. I mean, I am less likely to throw myself in harms way unlike before but, other than that I don’t feel any different about it.” He admitted, still looking a little confused. “As for others acting different, no one really seemed to change. They gave me the desk next to Hank’s and treat me more like a living and thinking being. Like I’m more than just an android. But other than that, they haven’t changed their personalities or how they act around me just because I’m a deviant.” He said with a small frown, remembering one of the last times he interacted with Reed.

“It’s been an interesting experience so far. Not too overwhelming either which is a good thing.” He said with a kind smile.

Connor thought about his answer for a second before shrugging slightly. “I do enjoy the rain though I prefer to admire it while inside.”

“I’d like to say I’m an optimist but, there are times where I can be more pessimistic.” He admitted, rubbing the back of his neck.

🔥: how does your muse react to high levels of stress?

This caused Connor’s LED to blink yellow for just a second before he was smiling politely. “I tend to keep it to myself and try to work through it. Maybe even going as far as to remove myself from the situation if possible.” He stated.

What kind of genres do you like?

“Everyone at the station has recommend a lot of music to me. I’ve grown quite fond of it and find that I do my best work while listening to it.” He smiled. “So far I haven’t found a genre that I don’t like.”
