If the Devil can’t keep his end of the bargain, than why should you?
The Broken Contract AU focuses on the cupbros and their father, King Dice.
Cuphead and Mugman are twins around 15 to 16 years old. They were adopted by King Dice when they were just babies, and now they run the streets of Isle 3. They enjoy helping and hanging out with the denizens of Isle 3, and occasionally taking a family trip to Isle 2 for the day. They can be a bit reckless at times, and like to stick their noses where they don’t belong.
In the beginning, they have no clue about the denizens debt to the Devil. They don’t even know about King Dice’s debt. They simply think he works as a manager of a casino. However, once they find out about it, I wonder how they expect to tackle it?
King Dice is the Devil’s right hand man. A majority of the time he runs the Casino along with his crew, but on occasion, he’ll be tasked with finding a debtor and taking their soul back to the Devil. King Dice does not trust the Devil as far as he can throw him, so he makes sure he knows nothing of his sons. However, his crew does know about them, if only moderately. When Cuphead and Mugman were young, King Dice made a deal with the other denizens of Isle 3. When it came time for them to pay their debt, he would not use violence against them nor would he use it while they were still alive, as long as they promised to keep an eye out for his children when he couldn’t. But, if they break their part of the deal, than so will he.
I have some plans for the other characters of Isle 2, Isle 1, and the DLC, but they won’t come in until a bit later!
As for the ask blog, the only real rule I have would be to not spam the same question if I don’t answer it. If its been a few weeks, and I haven’t gotten to your question and you would like to send it again, that’s fine, just not whenever I post a question that isn’t yours.
Also, I’m not sure how much I’d be able to do with NSFW questions since it’s Tumblr. So, if I don’t answer those, it’s probably because I figured that I can’t.
That’s all for now! Let me know if you have any questions!
