It's loud depending on what zone you're in. Closer to the city is kind of quiet and people don't party there much.

Digital Rocket rushed to grab his radio and brough the speaker close to his mouth, "yeah hey! what's up? you still with me?"
(She flinches from the sudden response, clinging her free arm around her torso with a wince as she brings the speaker near her face again.)
Yeah, yeah, I'm still here. Listen, I, uh, I got hit by a bike a couple days ago, and I've been down and out since then. I haven't gotten a good signal to anyone else, my radio's being screwy.
Anyways, uh, have you got any gauze or-or bandages? It's... A little urgent.
(She sounds mildly panicked, stumbling over her words and talking quicker than normal.)
“ ah shit I don’t think I do have any but I can come over and try to help, maybe try to get in contact with others. Where are you at right now?” Digital responds rather quickly as he checks if he has everything, ready to start running
(She takes a sharp breath, her voice mildly shaky. It's clear that she's in pain.)
I'm-I'm at, uh, my shop. S'right on the border of zone 3. Please-
FFFUCK!
(She pauses for a moment to catch her breath, breathing through her teeth. Despite how much it hurts, she continues to hold pressure over her wound, mumbling curses.)
Please hurry.
“ okay okay im on my way! “ Digital Rocket quickly checked his map, before he began to run as fast as he could, as he ran he could feel his legs begin to give out but he just sprinted faster before he finds himself on the border.
he looks around before he sees her shop sitting near the picket fence, his breathing was heavy and his legs ached but he walked towards the shop, pushing open the door. “hey you in here?!”
(As he walks in, she flinches, looking up. She's sitting on the floor against her couch with her hands pressed to her side, her palms visibly coated in blood. A pile of bloodied bandages sit next to her, as well as her radio.)
Yeah, yeah, I'm-I'm over here... I was just trying to change my bandages, I-I... Fuck...
(She breathes shallowly, trembling slightly.)
“ hey hey i’m here” he rushed to her side as he looked at her wound and sucked in a breath. “ okay uhm do you have any alcohol in this shop?” he asks as he looks around for a roll of bandages
(She bites her tongue, nodding.)
Vodka. Under the-the desk. My medical supplies should be there, too. I think.
(She gestures to a desk across the room, then presses her hand back over the gash, starting to get lightheaded.)
“ okay okay” he quickly got up and ran towards the desk, nearly slipping but he got there safely, grabbing the alcohol quickly before heading back to the injured person. “ okay this is gonna hurt like fuck, so uhm” he grabbed his ray gun and gave it to marble pop to bite onto.
(She nods, biting down on the ghoster and leaning her head back slightly so she doesn't see what's happening. She moves her hands from the wound with a wince, letting Digital Rocket see how bad it really is. She braces for what's coming next.)
Digital Rocket bit his lip, this wasn’t his first time with wounds like these but it was still unpleasant to look at. he popped open the cork and started to pour some of the alcohol on her wound.
(As soon as the liquid hits the wound, she recoils and sucks in air, squeezing her eyes shut and biting hard enough to make her teeth hurt. She was expecting it, but that doesn't make it any better. Her hands ball into fists at her sides and she lets out a slow, trembling, wincing breath.)
after a few seconds he stops pouring the alcohol on the wounds and grabbed a cloth from his pocket, wiping off the remaining liquid from her sides with the cloth. " alright, everything good? you feeling alright?" he asks as he picks up the medical kit, taking out some bandages
(She grabs the ghoster out of her mouth, breathing hard and shallow, tears welling up in her eyes. After a moment, she attempts to appear calm, visibly trembling and holding up a thumbs-up.)
M' shiny. Just-Just fine.
(Her voice is strained. It takes her a little to calm down from the sting of the alcohol, but her breathing eventually returns to normal.)
“ okay rainbow!” he lets out a sigh of relief as he begins to wrap up the wound, placing a humungous bandaid on her side. “ if you dont mind me asking, how did this even happen dude?”
(She huffs, watching as he wraps the wound.)
Like I said, I got hit by a bike a couple days ago. Scraped me up pretty good, couple'o broken ribs and lots of cuts and scratches. I w's trying to change my bandages, n' I just didn't notice it was still this bad. Tore this thing open on accident, and I can't exactly move to get supplies to fix it. So I panicked. Probably wouldn'a gotten far if you didn't pick up. Thanks for the help.
Also, sorry for the random call, my radio wouldn't connect to anything else. Something's wrong with it.
(She looks over at her radio, which is sitting next to her, sputtering patches of static.)
" oh jesus, yeah i'm glad i caught your transmissions cause you'd be in zone 7 if i didn't come " as he finished patching up her wound, he looked at her radio and pursed his lips. " if you want, you can have my radio? i don't mind, i can probably go patch it up at some shop further up the zones" he suggests, looking back at her.
(She raises her brows at the offer for the radio, seemingly not having expected it. Though, she certainly won't turn that down.)
