The partial mute crouches to grab a letter out from his bag. He hasn’t had great luck with communicating with most others in the manor, so maybe this…would be different. The letter reads: “To Mister Paganini, the Greatly Celebrated Virtuoso: Despite us holding a candle at separate ends, so to speak, I do hope this finds you well, and while a more lengthy and proper letter will be written in the near-future, maybe we could discuss our interests over tea. I would love to get to know you outside of matches. I’ve never heard much music in my hometown unless there were occasional street performances, which the cops were wary about for some reason. Your melody sets fear in me in matches, but it’s rather pleasant outside of them. Do you think you would be open to this? Apologies if I came upon you at a bad time.” His smile is big enough to force his eyes into closing, even while close-lipped.

It was most unexpected to get such a gift from one of his own enemies, let alone the silent ones. Antonio’s hands gently held the letter in his puppet hands, empty black eyes looming each word. Is it this common from this small fellow to make his way into the most dangerous parts of the manor only to ask for a form of friendship bond? It confused Antonio. No, it baffled the man if anything. How could someone be so willing to take these forms of offers to a being who’s controlled by the devil himself? Questions buzzed within the violinist’s mind, unsure of where to begin, but he knew Victor still stood there, possibly to expect a negative response.

However, Antonio hummed. “If that is what you wish,” he began, gently tucking the letter within his tattered pocket, somehow capable of carrying the paper. “I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to share you my most famous melodies without striking your heart. Perhaps a small… conversation between you and I wouldn’t be so difficult, yes? I hope so.” Antonio wasn’t even looking at Victor, yet every word was obviously directed to the survivor. He wasn’t so sure if there was any right or wrong answer to Victor’s request, but regardless, something within decided it should be accepted to have a form of… friendly bond with others, even if it’s their prey.

If Victor wasn't wise enough to notice he'd been working for some dangerous people in their own right years ago, then what would indicate to him that this man was of the devil? Certainly, Antonio's music seemed to play through one's very soul, but the most he'd heard were only rumors. He had a fair hatred of rumors; and should this man happen to be of the devil and mention so outright, he'd be wary, but this was no scarier than running right into a fire. Really, how fitting, should one of hellfire contact someone who'd mindlessly went in a burning building for the sake of a dog.

Regardless, naive as it was, the Postman's mind separated the concept of hunters from the vessels they took form in. In matches, they were dangerous, but he didn't believe they necessarily had to be this way outside of them.

Lips parted ever so slightly in surprise, a soft gasp escaping, pointing out the fact he hadn't expected anything positive to come of this - It'd been sheer hope from the beginning.

Antonio was perhaps one of the more human hunters in appearance, but he wasn’t certain what lied within, not yet. Anyhow, somewhere, maybe rather than conversation, he hoped for someone who’d be willing to send written correspondence to - despite proximity having that not...make sense, but with a delivery dog, at least no awkward middle man would have to witness the ridiculous feat. Not the stupidity of a possible pen-pal holding the same address.

With both hands in something that’d be understandable, one of the two signs being a logical mimic of writing out, the mute signed, “Through writing,” and then, “for me,” gesturing to his stitches together lips after with a chuckle, face holding a natural cheery flush like a Christmas tin soldier.

After a signing of, “See you soon,” Victor bowed somewhat in apology that the other might not have gotten the full grasp of what he’d put out, and another part in natural politeness, a for now farewell, saluting Antonio playfully before his departure.

ooc; I finished Victor’s deductions like a week ago, but I added them to the wiki yesterday.

So, if anyone doesn’t want to put all that effort into unlocking the deductions, you don’t have to, but the numbers don’t work that great, so they all are 1′s since I couldn’t figure that out.

ooc; I didn’t wait for feedback in the group I posted this in because I’m impatient, but I think it looks okay. However, it was not…done quickly. That would be a lie.

I think on my Postman blog, I’ll try to do closer to this, just a bit more pudgy built, because I think I started straying away from some of the build of his regular design entirely.
