I'm sorry that happens to you! I think the best thing to do is to just remember that it'll be alright. You don't have to be perfect all the time. No one is! Just because something goes wrong, it doesn't mean you'll have to worry about it, forever! And maybe get a hug from a pal of yours, if you're ever too down.
