Everybody from Mommy’s work did, but @askelizabethscottkeen told me he was in Sleeping Beauty too. She told me to ask for pictures and thought it was really funny, but I don’t know why. I bet Uncle Donnie was really good.

Did you have fun at your ballet recital?

It was really fun! Mommy brought Uncle Donnie and Uncle ‘Ram and Mr. Red was there too! I saw him, but it was a secret, so don’t tell, okay?

Does your mommy talk about your daddy a lot?

Sometimes she tells me funny stories, but then she always gets sad. I don’t know why.

Huh? Uncle Donnie? @askdonaldressler works with Mommy and he’s really neat, but @askscottiehargrave showed me pictures of my daddy and @askelizabethscottkeen has too. I don’t remember him really, but they said he loved me a lot.

Do you miss your daddy?

I don’t know. I don’t really remember him much.

Mommy says he loved me a lot and said I got my smile from him. My big stuffed puppy too. @askelizabethscottkeen doesn’t like to talk about him a bunch though. She gets sad and I don’t like it when Mommy’s sad so we play princesses instead.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Sometimes life moves so fast that you have to make sure you slow down to remember what all you have in life. This is a good time of year for it. Friends and family and finally having a few answers after a lot of questions… all things I’m grateful for.

Oh. And not having to cook. @askagneskeen​ wanted me to pass that along, @askraymondredreddington​…. My four year old is mocking my lack of culinary skills. I know I’m not the best, but really, kiddo?

I guess it’s a good thing Reddington invited us over for Thanksgiving dinner.

I’m delighted you both accepted my invitation @askelizabethscottkeen.  Grab a glass of wine, put your feet up and leave the cooking to me.  I haven’t cooked a proper Thanksgiving dinner in a long time and I hadn’t realized until today how much I’ve actually missed doing it.  Just wait and see what I have in store for the two of you.

Oh, and @askagneskeen​, I distinctly remember you praising your mother’s lemon bars when we spoke on the phone.  Mommy’s a good baker, isn’t she?

The red stuff is fresh cranberry sauce. Not the miserable jelly kind you’ll find in a can, but the real kind with actual berries.  Here, come try some.

How does it feel to see Agnes again and would you like to see her more often

It’s good to have @askagneskeen back where she belongs with @askelizabethscottkeen.  I’ve missed her.  She’s gotten so big and changed so much.  Of course I’d like to see her more often, but it’s more important for her to spend time with her mother right now.  I can wait.

Mommy and I had lemon bars before dinner! They were yummy. But I didn’t want dinner much after that. It’s okay though.
