Living eternally is not so bad as one might think. Never getting sick again and so on. The last time was bad enough to last a lifetime.

I have not totally given up yet. True Lily made her intentions clear, but that doesn’t mean she’s never gonna change her mind. For now, I’ll lie low. And yes I still want the bastard dead. I don’t think you could help though.

I did not, in fact, get her back. But yes, it was kind of an excuse to seek a fight. I mean, I did want to test my new sword.

Uhm no. See, I had this second sword he wasn’t prepared for. And, I mean, he is the one who ran away upon seeing it, so it appears even he thought I’d be able to get the upper hand.

I don’t go unprepared into a battle, and certainly not with an older vampire.
