Man, looking back on this blog in 2020 made me realise I was projecting so many frustrations about being in a long term abusive relationship onto Sollux and erisol being a comfort ship during that time. Should of seen all the red flags, but I’m glad I got out when I did and am safe. I’m leaving this blog online for archives sake, but yall already know it’s dead af and staying that way.

Thank you to everyone who followed this wacky AU askblog, I honestly miss my homestuck days but the fandom has changed and moved on from what it was. I’m so thankful for all the people and friends I met during this part of my life, despite its weirdness it’s still all fond memories. I hope yall are well, stay safe out there and stay connected to your loved ones.

Hey Eridan, do you have any memories that you cherish right after rescuing Sollux? Anything particularly heartwarming that he did?

Eridan: Well aside from him not letting me leave his sight for a while, I ended up readin’ to him a lot cause he enjoyed listening. I guess it kept his mind off whatever had happened to him before I rescued him. Sollux was very clingy, and it took me a while to get used to the flipped sleeping schedule, I couldn’t take care of him while I was sleeping after all. He still hasn’t actually slept in his own room, after two years.

Eridan: In all honesty I hadn’t expected him to stay after he was healed, he had an option to leave, but he didn’t take it. 

Eridan: Though I’m glad he didn’t. 

(This was in the queue and didn't post for some reason so here u guys go while I work on the current event thing)
