I really like 80s pop. It’s fun music to listen to. I don’t really have a favorite band or anything like that.- Luther

I was in a punk band as a teenager. My favorite band is probably Agent Orange. - Diego

I’m calling bullshit. Diego’s favorite band is ABBA. I tend to listen to whatever’s on the radio or to The Beatles. Pop/rock has been my favorite genre since forever. - Allison

I agree with Allison on The Beatles. Sgt. Peppers is a masterpiece. And I like to listen to musical soundtracks. My favorite show is Chicago and it always will be. - Klaus

I have listened to a lot of music over the years. My favorite artist would have to be Les Paul. I always liked listening to him play. - Five

Before I died I had a lot of emo bands in my collection. I was really into My Chemical Romance. Now, I listen to whatever everyone else plays. I think I like Allison’s music taste the best now. And MCR is still an awesome band. Sometimes I can convince Klaus to play some of my old tapes. - Ben

When I was a teenager I listened to a lot of MCR with Ben and a lot of Agent Orange, Black Flag, and Bouncing Souls with Diego. Now I listen to a lot of modern pop because my students like to play covers. And of course, I will always be into classical music. Right now I’m on a bit of a Bach kick. - Vanya

What. The color of my math books was always red. Is that what you mean?

Markers are easier for me to work with. I used to kill a lot of our crayons and colored pencils when we were kids. 

I still think outer space is beautiful. 

My favorite musical is Legally Blonde. I really want to see it some day.

I don’t chew gum. That’s bad for your teeth.

I always thought scuba diving was kind of cool. It’s fun and I don’t need any of the gear.

Math is the color red. Math school supplies are red. It matches all the red ink on my math work. I sucked at straight math. 

Colored pencils are the easiest to control. And they make some great projectiles. I once used a box of sharp colored pencils when we had a mission in a school.

Deep under the sea with a flashlight. Without the flashlight, no thanks to either.

I always liked the movie Heathers, so I thought the musical was good.

I once did some parasailing for a movie shoot. It was awesome. 

I agree with Diego. I was better at math than him, but red just makes sense.

Peppermint gum is all we have around the house, so that. I’m trying to quit smoking so lollipops and chewing gum have been my best friends for the past couple days.

Street luge looks hilarious. I would never want to try it, but watching it is an experience.

Crayons are more fun. There’s less pressure to do well with crayons.

I agree with Allison. Planet Earth for me, please.

I always loved Chicago. Dancing, booze, and murder without any ghosts. It’s exciting.

Math is blue. I use math to use my powers, which are blue. So math=blinking=blue. There you go.

Markers are more convenient. They don’t break as easy. However, when all the markers dried out, crayons worked surprisingly well. 

I have had enough exploring for one lifetime I think. Maybe space if I had to choose? Engineering could be fun. 

I agree with Klaus, but for different reasons. Chicago has nothing to do with the 20s, but it is an amazing show. The music is incredible.

Math=red. Red textbooks and red binders were used for math. Mom liked to color code our subjects. Math was red, English was blue, Weapon Studies was white, History was green. That sort of thing. 

Colored pencils are fun to use. I’ve been getting into composing and I like to use colored pencils if I’m doing it on paper. 

I agree with Allison and Klaus. 

Chicago is such a fun show for the violin. Whenever I play in the pit band, there are some tricky spots but for the most part I get to watch the show.

Well, Klaus is constantly talking about Dave. What is shipping? We aren’t going to ship them in a box to Canada?? I’m confused. - Luther

Yes, we do ship them and their lovey-dovey crap as far from the house as possible. - Diego

Of course we do! They’re so sweet! Well, Klaus is really sweet when he talks about Dave, but we’ve never met him. - Allison

What do you mean by shipping? Also, if I have to hear about the merits of Dave’s abs one more time, KLAUS. Some of the stories are pretty cool, and some of them are just “Dave is really hot do you think the state will let me marry a ghost?” for like half an hour. I will make sure the state allows it. Otherwise we’ll never hear the end of it. And they’re an alright couple too. - Five

Klaus and Dave are alright together. I try to leave the room whenever Klaus conjures Dave, but I’ve heard a lot of good things. Also, shipping? Why does Allison know what that is but we don’t? Is it some sort of movie star thing? - Ben

I think they mean like as a relationSHIP? Maybe? Some of my violin students bring up shipping when they’re talking about their “OTP’s song and that’s why I need to learn this”. If that’s the answer, then yes I ship it. Klaus’s stories are great. - Vanya

One of your favourite childhood or teen memories with the number sibling next to you? (so Luther would do vanya, vanya would do Ben etc)

When we were seventeen Vanya and I listened to a lot of music together. Sometimes she would play and sometimes I would put on some records. We didn’t talk much, but we did appreciate music together. It was nice.- Luther

My favorite memory of Luther is the time the seven of us made a blanket fort when we were nine. He moved couches and everything. Later, we were the ones who stayed awake to clean everything up before we were caught.- Diego

About fifteen years ago, Diego helped me whittle dry clay into fake nails. We would then use this time to bitch about anything and everything. Simpler times.- Allison

Allie and I used to have makeovers all the time when we were kids! Well, it was mostly just switching our uniforms and then giggling at magazines for half an hour on Saturdays, but that was such a good time.- Klaus

I remember Ben and I planning a lot of expeditions to go find Five and speculating what he was doing. One of my favorites was the theory that Five was fighting aliens on Mars so he could rule the galaxy. We were thirteen, alright. Give us a break.- Vanya

I wouldn’t want to. I like my powers.- Luther

Maybe Diego’s or Five’s? I always liked their powers. When I was a kid I thought that they had the second best powers after me. Now, I think they’re tied for best power.- Allison

Thank you, anon. My favorite animal is the chicken. They’re very useful. We have a chicken coop on the roof now. Tending to them is alright unless they escape the coop and fenced in area and end up all over the roof. That was not a fun time. I would like to see the grand canyon one of these days. Maybe we’ll take a road trip?- Luther

Thanks anon. I don’t see how us answering questions about ourselves is creative, but I’ll take the compliment. I haven’t thought about my favorite animal, but I do like the chickens. And back in the police academy I worked with dogs every now and then. We could take a road trip to the grand canyon. When I was a teenager I wanted to see London for the punk scene and not for a mission, so that’s what I would pick. - Diego

I’ve seen the world, but I would like to see Paris again. Not for a mission or for a shoot, just for myself.- Allison

You’re too kind, anon! My favorite animal is the octopus. Amazing creatures. Did you know they can camoflauge themselves and can fit through objects as long as they can fit their beaks? That’s why you see pictures of octopi in jars. They fits so they sits. Er, exists. Do octopi sit? As for places I would like to go, it used to be Amsterdam, but now I want to see the octopi in the New York Aquarium. It’s so close by, yet I’ve never been. Only one state away!- Klaus

I’m with Diego, anon. I don’t get why you’re complimenting us, but I’m willing to take it anyway. Can you tell Klaus has been reading about octopi? There are a surprising amount of books on them in the library. Anyway, I no longer like the chickens after they escaped that one time and I had to teleport all over the roof to catch them. A few rabbits survived in the apocalypse and I started seeing them more when I was in my late fourties so rabbits it is. I never ate them for reasons I don’t want to get into, but they were nice. My work has taken me everywhere. I like being home. Maybe we could do that roadtrip through the country though? That would be nice.- Five

We picked the name because it’s a pun on our last name. Also, if you try to pronounce it out loud you get the word ass-greeves. If we all have to answer something then we have to say it out loud to pass the laptop around. Puns are great.- Klaus

Questions for everyone: Who pulls the most pranks in the house? do any of your powers come in handy for every day tasks? who cooks the most for the family? Who wins all the play-fights? Are any of you ticklish? What did you guys get each other for Secret Santa last Christmas?

Five likes to jumpscare us by jumping into random spaces at random times. My powers are handy for moving furniture and stuff. Mom still cooks the most but out of the seven of us, Klaus makes the most food. He’s pretty good at making things until it gets complicated. The less said about his attempt on pie the better. We’re still cleaning up the flour. Five wins the most play fights. I don’t want to get into why. I’m no longer ticklish, but I know Allison, Klaus, and Vanya are. Not sure about anyone else. Last year for secret santa I painted Five’s room with chalkboard paint.- Luther

Five needs to quit jumpscaring everyone. I sometimes throw things at my lightswitch if I don’t feel like turning it off at night, but otherwise no, not really. Klaus’s cooking is good for the most basic things ever. Like frying an egg WHICH I CAN TOTALLY DO, KLAUS. Or boiling spaghetti. Five wins the play fights because no one is willing to throw hands with a fourteen year old. Luther is a liar, he’s still ticklish. And I got Vanya a juggling set. She thought we didn’t know that she could juggle. - Diego

I agree with the whole Five thing, but I swear Mom pretends not to know things on purpose just to watch us try to explain. Don’t ask what. I don’t use my powers, but they could be used to make other people do household tasks for me. When we were teenagers I made the others do my chores. I regret that now. Mom and Klaus cook the most, but sometimes I’ll make chicken nuggets or whatever. Diego is right about the fights. I am NOT ticklish. I got Klaus the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette for Christmas last year. The colors suit him.- Allison

Five-0 can be scary. I thought Luther was going to burn his face when we had to explain the thing to Mom. That shit was awful. My powers suck, but sometimes I can make Ben corporeal enough to cook for me. Ben wins all play-fights by default because he’s intangible. I am very ticklish and Ben was too back when he had a body. For secret santa, I got Ben a new copy of Gatsby because our his got destroyed somehow.- Klaus

Five and Mom are the pranksters here. I try not to use the horror for anything so, no. Klaus makes me corporeal so I can cook. I like making pasta and a crushed tomato sauce with salt and pepper. However, I don’t do it all that often so Mom and Klaus do most of it. I made Luther a new sweater. Well, Klaus did most of it and I ocassionally helped.- Ben

What the hell, Five? You know what, I don’t want to know. Cockroach stew. Eww. My unlikely talent is that I can pick up books. This is a major talent for a ghost.- Ben

I agree with Ben. Five that’s really gross! Ben can also sing really well. I once heard him singing Everything by Michael Buble in the shower and it was really good. As for me, I can juggle pretty well. I got bored a lot as a kid so I picked up juggling when my hands were too sore to play violin.- Vanya

My least favorite color is bright, bleached white. You know, like hospitals.

 If I could pick any song genre to sing it would be jazzy broadway showtunes. So, songs from shows like Chicago or Cabaret. 

Also, I win at Jenga, Uno, and Monopoly because I am the only one with the patience for Jenga (Five, you don’t have patience at all who do you think you’re kidding??), I don’t try to cheat at Uno and get eliminated (we have elemination rules for cheating otherwise Ben would always win) and I am the only person here who knows how to manage money and properties. Sure Vanya and Diego actually work for a living, but they live normal lives. I own a lot of real estate.- Allison

My favorite book is Harry Potter and the Sorcers Stone.- Luther

Seriously, he could read that book forever. I swear he read that whole series a million times when we were kids. Anyway, I’m good with whatever as long as it’s a mystery. If I can’t solve it that means the book sucked.The original Sherlock books have their merits.- Diego

Of course Diego would answer like that. And yeah, Luther read the Harry Potter series over and over. Recently, I’ve been reading The Notorious RBG which is about Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. It’s real interesting stuff!- Allison

The Great Gatsby! Lots of colors, lots of lights, drinking, and sex. Nick had sex with a man at the end of chapter three and no one can tell me otherwise! -Klaus

In an attempt to catch up, I’ve been trying to not read textbooks. So far, I have enjoyed All The Presidents Men, which is about some excellent investigative journalism during the Watergate crisis in the 70s. I would know it’s factual. I was there.-Five

I also like The Great Gatsby. Not only for the gay subtext, but also for the message about the American Dream. Also, it’s the only book Klaus will turn the pages for and not complain when I’m incorporeal.- Ben

I’m not really a book person, but every now and then I like young adult novels. -Vanya
