Searching for the girl

"Hello?" Chris hollered, his voice echoed in the indoor theme park, he’d been trying to look for someone he remembered from the past. After the accident an hour earlier, the bump in his head triggered part of his memory lost for a short period of time. He remembered a girl, and that was it. Suddenly, he heard a squeak come from a hallway, completely  clothed in darkness and shadows. His eyebrows winced downward, his nostrils flared, “Who’s there!?"

A girl appeared from the shadows, her face lit from the distant light from the tall ceilings. "I-"

She paused and saw him tower over her from his shadow, as he began to move to her.
