being a princess ( but more importantly , not next in line for the throne ) gave levana a sort of leniency to do nearly whatever she pleased all over luna . with glamour ( beautiful , of course , but homely . not regal but soft and kind ) hiding her identity she is able to prance about the streets of bustling artemisia , perusing the different shops and carts selling odds and ends . the pearls were fake and the diamonds did not shine like she was used to , but the trinkets were endearing nevertheless . fingers now flit over soft petals of flowers she’d never seen before , each a different shade of purple or blue or pink . they were beautiful , levana had to have them . ❝ excuse me ? ❞
